Fair stay - got what was advertised
The room was big, clean, had comfy beds, was nicely furbished and also had a private sauna. The choices for dinner were good.
Sound insulation is terrible. We were sat on top of the restaurant and could hear every time somebody was talking louder. In two specific evenings they had a larger group which took over the restaurant sound system and made a full-blown drunken Disco. I addressed this with the reception and it was taken care of next evenings. Choice for breakfast were not that great. The entrance in the resort is on a mud trail with rocks which is not that great.

Very calm place in the forests of Rodopi
The resort is very nice on a good place close to the lifts (1.5km). The apartments are big and comfortable. The restaurant in the complex is very good and you can rely on their good traditional cousine and service.
The temparature in the apartment could be higher or a firewood to be available in the room.

Superb
Facilities, Location in very calm area, good proximity to the ski lift Malina , but have to use a car. Kids friendly. They have a pet Fox ,living in the area .
The restaurant prices are bit expensive. The SPA facilities are nice , but rather small for larger number of guests.

Very good and could be excellent with some minor efforts.
Excellent food, cozy and clean house with a fireplace, easy and free transfer to the ski slopes, friendly driver, great nature. We were allowed to park the car on the morning (before check-in time) of our first day. Responsive staff helped us with details about the property and accommodation.
There is no coffee and water included in the pre-paid breakfast and dinner.  Some members of the staff in the restaurant were pretty unfriendly.
