The complex is at a very good location and close to the slopes of Malina ski lift, which is less than 5' with a car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is typically Bulgarian and tasty, for our 5 days we tried lot of Rodopian dishes ( the lamb was amazing).. The room, we were in a house, was spacious and the beds was quite comfortable. Thank you, I succeed to sleep. We didn't used the kitchen, but maybe some more socks on the side of the microwave would be useful.
The living room was enough spacious but the sofa was small, not so comfortable and small for 4 people.
I would recommend to forbid the smoking in the jacuzzi and would take out the tv from the Russian bad. Also, I regret that the cold pool in the space of Russian bad was not full. But despite of these small inconveniences I recommend fully the space! Thank you for the hospitality!

The room was big, clean, had comfy beds, was nicely furbished and also had a private sauna.
The choices for dinner were good.
Sound insulation is terrible. We were sat on top of the restaurant and could hear every time somebody was talking louder. In two specific evenings they had a larger group which took over the restaurant sound system and made a full-blown drunken Disco. I addressed this with the reception and it was taken care of next evenings.
Choice for breakfast were not that great.
The entrance in the resort is on a mud trail with rocks which is not that great.
