הבית מעוצב בסגנון בולגרי עתיק מסורתי. בית גדול. מבודד. שקט. גינה ענקית. ירוקה ומתופחת..היה מאובזר. . לא חסר שום דבר . הבית היה נקי. מגבות רבות. אווירה ירוקה ופרחונית. היה מכונת כביסה ומייבש . חייבים רכב. פרט לזה ,חוויה של פעם בחיים. שווה כל פרוטה. ממליצים בחום. בעלי דירה נוחים ,מסבירי פנים. הגיעו מייד לצ'ק אין ולא עמדו עם סטופר סביב צ'ק אאוט

Има голям накаклон непосредствено преди къщата, но лесно се изкачва /ние бяхме през лятото, ако е зима и има сняг - ще е трудно с кола да се спре пред входа на къщата/.
Гледката от къщата е уникална, има всички удобства за барбекю /работещо и наистина може да си изпечеш на него, защото в доста места за настаняване с барбекю, то не е добро и не може да се използва/. Поддържан двор, има джакузи и сауна.

Всички спални са много уютни и просторни. Най-много ни допадна това, че всяка спалня си има отделна баня и тоалетна. Също и това, че къщата е оборудвана с абсолютно всичко необходимо за един прекрасен престой. Не ни липсваше нищо. Силно препоръчваме да бъде посетена.
