A slight smell of tobacco

Very small flat but ok for a night or two from my perspective.

It was good to be able to use the washing machine. There is quite a nice view from the balcony, quiet place in a quiet street in a shade. Felt safe in the area and flat. After the bad check-in experience I must say that the host (rental office) was then later on during my stay helpful, kind and ready to assist.

I had a terrible and stressful check-in experience unfortunately. The host did not send me the check-in details and did not respond at all to any of my messages. I had to contact Booking and to ask for help. When I finally got hold of someone from the rental office renting the flat I was told that they provided Booking with incorrect contact details and they finally sent someone to the flat to meet me and check me in. Then Booking told me that the property is overbooked when I was already inside the flat (which was not the case) - just a complete mess and confusion. Because of this bad experience I am giving it a lower rating. The kitchen was not very clean (the utilities not cleaned properly) and in general the kitchen was poorly equipped for food preparation. The bathroom would need some renovation works too.

Location was OK.

The please was quite dirty. The bed and the sofa had dirt and pieces of food under the cover. The host suggested that we don't need sheets and we should sleep on the cover!!! We were two adults and a teenager. The place is not suitable for three people! The bed we slept in with my wife was 1 and 1/2 persona. Not suitable for two adults even though she is 55 kg. and I am 78. In the cabinets over the sink we found some spices and stuff. The smell was horrible! All the towels were wet and left in the room to dry. The bathroom was dirty. The tiles were falling and ducktaped. I do not suggest this place at all!

The apartment was really nice and clean. The location was in walking distance to the center and we found everything we need in the apartment. They even led us stay with our dog. We will be back when we're in Plovdiv again!

Perfect my a short week in Plovdiv!

Great for a single person, perfect for me and my doggies, and parking around the building is always available. It’s a safe area, pretty quiet building. Being able to do laundry and hang drying was easy. The internet was very reliable.

Здравейте, имам няколко сериозни оплаквания към самото място и домакинът. Като за начало когато се срещнахме започна да ме убеждава как сме си запазили друга квартира ( друг квартал, жк. Южен) след това се оказа че тази която сме си запазили е заета. Започна се с това да ни даде друго място което беше доста по-далеч и в по-гаден и опасен квартал. Искаше да му пишем на съобщение" дали може да отменим резервацията" той щял да ни върне парите и ние да сме му дали 150лв в кеш все едно ни прави отстъпка. Притиснати от времето ( действието се развива в 17:40 а в 18:00 имаме важно състезание за което сме дошли) се съгласихме да вземем другата квартира защото сме си платили и без това 180лв които той със сигурност нямаше да върне. След като отидохме в другата квартира, която също е обявена в Booking, бяхме доста неприятно изненадани. Бяхме посрещнати от ужасна миризма смесица между миризма на мухъл с такава на цигари, беше доста мръсно, нямаше кърпи чаршафи и т.н, имаше някакви простряни дрехи посредата на апартамента, банята не правеше изключение. Леглата също бяха изключително неудобни и мръсни. Като заключение не се занимавайте с този измамник!
