Location is very good. Many stores and city center are just within walking distance.
The place is clean.
Complementary snacks, bread, coffee, chocolate/ cocoa powder etc… plus a bottle of Prosecco!
The place doesn’t “feel” 92 square meter at all. There’s an outdoor area that probably takes up >10 square meter.
Toilet doesn’t have any ventilation so taking a dump is generally a crime to the next user.
The apartment is on the basement, which is not made clear from the post, and for that it is extremely cold in the closets where there are no heaters.

Localisation idéale pour tout faire à pied, logement fidèle au descriptif et aux photos, appartement propre et lumineux, plein de petites attentions à l’arrivée (boissons, panier garni …)
