Location is very good. Many stores and city center are just within walking distance.
The place is clean.
Complementary snacks, bread, coffee, chocolate/ cocoa powder etc… plus a bottle of Prosecco!
The place doesn’t “feel” 92 square meter at all. There’s an outdoor area that probably takes up >10 square meter.
Toilet doesn’t have any ventilation so taking a dump is generally a crime to the next user.
The apartment is on the basement, which is not made clear from the post, and for that it is extremely cold in the closets where there are no heaters.

Localisation idéale pour tout faire à pied, logement fidèle au descriptif et aux photos, appartement propre et lumineux, plein de petites attentions à l’arrivée (boissons, panier garni …)

The unit was fully equipped - the exterior may look "sad" but it was like a home away from home. Owner is ever so approachable. Provided diy drink, snacks and a bottle of bubbly which regretabbly we had to leave as all in the family do not drink. Hope to return for our next hols.
An iron would be nice especially for families who stay during graduation-month of July.
