Good value place from which to visit Versailles

Compact apartment - excellent value. Good location as bus stop is very close and bus goes direclty to Versailles (2.50 euros each way) - pay driver. Nice little terrace.

Instructions for getting into apartment are only sent very late - if you don't have good phone signal this makes things difficult. Lots of forks - only 2 knives! Wifi code details not in room Coffee machine in room - but no coffee

Basic worn down place with zero charm

It was close to Chateau Versailles. There was a good Indian restaurant across the street. The inner yard was not noisy.

Free WIFI and parking were offered but not delivered, even after complaining. Host was not available on the phone, only answering machine. Complaints of missing WIFI/Parking have not been answered. Apartment has a high degree of wear&tear, a few damages (hole in the door, cracked flooring), very limited cutlery/glasses - which were not cleaned. Towels provided were partially torn and stained. Some photos enclosed to reveal the 'charm'. To find the lock to open the entrance door one had to lift shutters - this is unusual and it was not in explanations. It was overall an unpleasant stay, not recommendable to anybody. On top we keep on receiving weird emails from property - looks like a chatbot, not realizing we left already 1 week ago.

Good place to stay for the few nights in the area. You can easilly reach Paris or Versailles

Great location, 5 minutes from RER station. Easy to get everywhere. The apartment is like on a photo.

Old plumbing, leaky taps. Plates and utensils were dirty we had to wash everything by ourselves again. If you travel by car, pay attention, you will not be allowed to park on a territory, only parking near railway station with not clear security (on my eyes one car hit another and just simply go away)

Il y'a un tuyau en dessous de l'évier qui dégage une odeur désagréable et cela empiète sur l'air ambiant et impossible de dormir avec, il suffit juste de le fermer et c'est beaucoup mieux.

Impossibilité totale de récupérer les clefs. Personne ne répond au téléphone. De toute la journée et le soir devant la porte, personne n'a répondu.Directement le répondeur. Le lendemain une personne m'a indiqué avoir attendu jusqu'à Minuit. C'est FAUX archi FAUX, car j'ai du louer un autre endroit, je peux fournir la facture si la personne de mauvaise foi répond à mon commentaire. Donc, à éviter car vous risquez de vous retrouver à la porte sans possibilité de joindre le numéro de téléphone.

Très bonne location

Porte bien son nom, car petit studio charmant, bien décoré et très propre (nous avons rencontré le monsieur qui s'occupe de la propreté du logement, il est très sympathique, merci à lui pour son travail parfait !). Nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la cuisine, mais elle semble très bien équipée, TV, .... matériel bien pensé (même si pas eu besoin de les utiliser : sèche-cheveux (j'avais le mien) , ventilateur, table et fer à repasser, ... La gare (RER C, transiliens N et U) est très proche. petits restaurants bons et sympathiques à proximité ; boulangerie en face de la gare très bonne pour un petit déjeuner ou un déjeuner avec un très bon accueil. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui envoie des mails très précis de localisation du logement, demande si des besoins particuliers, ....appréciable ! Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour nous garer , même si la parking gratuit est très vite plein en journée.

Schoon appartement op goede locatie voor bezoek aan Parijs en Versailles

Prima locatie voor een bezoek aan Parijs en Versailles. Het bed was heerlijk en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Je bent zo bij het station, de supermarkt en als je niet in Parijs wilt eten dan zijn er ook leuke restaurantjes in de buurt van het appartement. De bakker zit om de hoek, ‘s morgens even lekker een croissantje halen. Wifi was heel snel! (Nadat we de juiste code hadden gekregen, maar die kregen we ook snel)

Wat ons betreft was alles naar wens. Het is heel geschikt voor een bezoek aan Parijs, als je langer in het appartement zeg moet zijn is het wat klein en mis je een goede stoel. Maar zoals gezegd, die hadden we niet nodig.

Für Kurzurlaub geeignet

Wir haben im Vorfeld gute Anweisungen bekommen, dadurch unkomplizierter Self-check in. Empfohlener Parkplatz war bei Anreise sehr voll, aber es wurden immer Plätze frei. Zimmer war sauber, für 2 Übernachtungen ohne Ansprüche war alles vorhanden, Betten sehr bequem. Kleiderstange vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage im Hinterhof. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Zu empfehlen : Indisches Restaurant auf gegenüberliegender Straßenseite.

Bei Ankunft lagen Reste von Instalationsmaterial auf dem Tisch, was darauf hin deutete, dass ein Monteur fluchtartig die Wohnung verlassen hat. Es lag kein Internet an. Leider keine Reaktion auf meinen Hinweis an Vermieter. Im Bad wären einige Haken von Vorteil.

Gemütliche kleine Wohneinheit für kurze Auenthalte

Wenn man die Schlossanlage besichtigen möchte, hat dieses Objekt eine sehr gute Lage. Die Busshaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Tür und der Bahnhof, von dem man sowohl mit der S-Bahn, als auch mit der Straßenbahn zu den Schlössern gelangen kann, ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Ein Highlight ist die Terrasse!

Es hat uns gewundert, dass in der Wohnung sogar eine Popcorn-Maschine vorhanden ist, aber keine solche Basic-Utensilie, wie z. B. ein Korkenzieher (in Frankreich!) Außerdem konnten wir nicht verstehen, warum wir auf der Fläche vor den Wohneinheiten und Terrassen, auf der die Parkplätze eindeutig markiert sind, nicht parken durften, sondern mussten unser Auto etwa 100 m weiter auf dem kontenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Vor unserer Terrasse war ein Wagen abgestellt, sonst waren noch 3 Parkplätze leer.

We hebben een ander hotel geboekt Op verzoek van eigenaar 3 keer de foto's van staat apartement verstuurd, maar geen excuses of andere reactie.

Locatie dichtbij Versailles en Parijs. Prima locatie met lekker terras. Bakker op 5 minuten lopen afstand. Voor de WI-FI code gewoon een berichtje sturen, ze reageren snel!

Faciliteiten waren prima maar niet alles was even schoon en bijvoorbeeld de zeeppomp had aangevuld kunnen worden.

Logement agréable et bien situé

la possibilité de se garer à proximité sur un parking gratuit, la gare de St Cyr l'Ecole qui est toute proche à pied; à la période de mon séjour la petit terrasse était un vrai plus d'autant qu'il a fait très chaud. Le logement étant en retrait de la grande avenue, on est préservé des bruits de la rue.

Ajouter quelques ustensiles de cuisine telle qu'une passoire par exemple. L'absence d'une fiche d'instruction dans le logement tel que les codes permettant de se connecter à la box. Deux poubelles afin de faire le tri sélectif des déchets

Geen reactie van de eigenaar op 2 sms’jes en 2 whatsapp berichten en 1 mail met melding dat we toegangscode nog niet gekregen hadden. De eigenaar had duidelijk niet door dat hij de oorzaak was van een stressvolle vakantie en weigert ons te compenseren. Bovendien was de code om de accommodatie te betreden - die wij uiteindelijk verkregen hebben verkeerd….Very low budget renovatie met heel wat mankementen. De accommodatie was niet perfect proper.

La localisation par rapport à nos besoins. L'agencement et l'accessibilité au logement.

Nécessité de contacter l'hôte pour utiliser wifi et TV. Ça pourrait être indiqué dès le départ même si il y a 1 réactivité plutôt bonne. On entend bien les voisins ! Les petites attentions à l'arrivée (bouteille, biscuits, bonbons, etc.) deviennent rares malheureusement...

Studio joli, conforme aux photos, confortable et bien aménagé. Sdb un peu vétuste mais propre et fonctionnelle.

La procédure de réservation, et la difficulté de joindre l’hôte avant d’arriver sur place. Après 17 minutes d’attente au téléphone (dehors) le service client de Booking m’ont rassurée que ce n’était pas une arnaque. J’attends encore le remboursement des 300€ de dépôt de garantie…

L'emplacement, près de la Gare et de plusieurs commerces et restaurants, la quiétude et le studio

Manque de désodorisant dans les toilettes et pas de place de parking à côté du studio c'est dommage obligé de nous garer sur le parking public gratuit et si dans la journée nous sortons pour se restaurer à notre retour il n'y a aucune place de parking de libre pas avant 18h. Pouvez vous essayer de trouver une solution pour mettre à l'aise vos hôtes merci.
