Great location, but unfortunately poor customer service.
The location is good, the kitchen is well equipped, and the place is clean
The apartment is very well located, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It truly has everything you need for a pleasant stay. However, I had a significant issue with the heat: it was extremely hot inside, and when I asked the host how to lower the temperature, he told me the heating was central and there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to please provide a fan, as I was afraid to sleep with the window open since it faces directly onto the street (the apartment is on a mezzanine level). Unfortunately, despite sending two messages explaining the situation, he didn’t respond or address my request. I ended up having to endure the heat throughout my stay. In summary, the apartment itself is great, but the host’s lack of response and attention to a simple and reasonable request was very disappointing.

-lovely & very calm area -5min walk to val d'europe train station, 7min walk to the shopping centre, 3min walk to carrefour express & fran prix -nice & clean studio, looked new and fresh & cvery clean -clean towels, bedding provided -nice & friendly staff; came to drop & pick up keys on time... -good heating system - perfect for winters -found on ground floor, easy access -only 1 train stop away from marne la vallée

Remise des clés compliquée ! Whatsapp ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons attendu 15/20 mns devant la porte avant d'avoir un interlocuteur pour nous ouvrir.

La posizione dalla metro e vicinanza a Disneyland.. l' appartamento in sé è abbastanza nuovo.
Per sei notti ,con una famiglia da 4 , abbiamo ricevuto un asciugamano viso piccolissimo e 4 asciugamani corpo.Un po' poco per sei notti.Appartamento sporchino,fortuna presenza di aspirapolvere..Credo che il bagno non sia stato mai lavato dopo i lavori. Ho dovuto preparare io con mia moglie il divano letto per le bambine, lenzuola nel cassettone del divano impolverate e piene di capelli di altri inquilini.

Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla e pulita. A 25 min a piedi da Disneyland, tutto il percorso con corsia pedonale, sia di mattina che di notte è fattibile camminare perché la zona è tranquilla
