Fantastic accomodation very close to Disney Paris

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was so clean and the facilities are fantastic. There is everything you can think of for a family staying and they even leave, biscuits, chocolates a sweets. Great coffee machine that we used daily...absolutely needed with long days at Disney. We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting Disney Paris. Location is fantastic, shops within a few minutes walk and the train station is about 6 minutes walk and 2 minutes on the train to Disney. Absolutely fantastic! I will be recommending it to everyone that wants to visit Disney Paris

Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

The house was lovely, clean, and comfortable — perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, with everything we needed nearby. It was also conveniently close to the train, which made getting around easy. The hosts were incredibly friendly and supportive, always available and helpful.

The only downside was a bit of tension with the downstairs neighbor, who seemed quite sensitive to noise. Traveling with kids, it was challenging to keep them perfectly quiet or stop them from running and jumping at times. This made us feel a bit on edge, as we were constantly worried about disturbing anyone. Also, while the house was generally clean, the blinds could use a deeper clean. It was very hot during our stay, and we wanted to sleep with the window open, but the dust on the blinds made that uncomfortable.

Brilliant location, ultra modern facilities and owner couldn't have been more accomodating.

Absolutely brilliant apartment, great location, beautiful patisserie, aldi and train station within walking distance. Roomy apartment and very modern. We also drove and utilised the parking, nice and secure. HIGHLY recommend! We are rebooking a return trip for next year it was that great!

Comfortable, well equipped and perfect for Disneyland!!

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had 3 nights at Disneyland and it was perfect, a 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute journey into the park. There was an Aldi a short walk away and some lovely restaurants in the local area including a brasserie called Le Cercle which was excellent.

And others have said it's clean and spacious. Safe. Well equipped. Small aspects were not overlooked by the host which was appreciated. There is a lovely bakery approx 5 mins walk away. Also an Aldi a little further. It's approx 10 min walk to Val de Europe train station so one stop from Disneyland. Val de Europe Station also had direct easy access to Paris city centre. It's the best of both worlds! We walked the first day to Disneyland which took about 30 mins. I'd stay again. The only slight negative was arrival/access. Three separate codes and two keys. Just read the instructions thoroughly beforehand and ask questions if necessary which we didn't do. We worked it out though.

The location was brilliant for our needs with train station, restaurants and supermarket close to the property, a big shopping mall with more restaurants is located about 10min away by walk from the apartment; great communication with the owners, everything you may need is in the flat, quiet location for a good night sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is new, beautiful decorated and very well equipped. Super clean and fresh. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. In five minutes walking distance there is a supermarket and a few restaurants. We had a car so I do not know how easy is the access to Paris. Very near to Disneyland.

very convenient, clean, well thought out apartment that suits a large family

apartment had everything a large family needed. I travelled on my own with 5 children. An Aldi round the corner, a small park, 10 minute walk to shopping centre. train station 5 mins away. 2 euros to Disney, one stop away, takes literally 2 mins. didn’t bother with bus. on arrival got 6 seater taxi van Uber from airport to apartment, was €85 for all 6 of us. took around an hour. Apartment has everything, toiletries, washing machine with tablets, (did most of our laundry before we came home) 😂 . there is a dishwasher but we didn’t use it, fast Wi-Fi. comfy beds. lots of wardrobe space. owner was very helpful and available whenever I had a question. cot/highchair/changing mat all provided

Superb

Literally a throw away from Disneyland Paris. The apartment was cosy, had all the necessary equipment needed in the kitchen. There were 2 toilets which was ideal for the 5 of us staying at the apartment. It was a short walk to Aldi, where we grabbed snacks ahead of heading to Disneyland and there's also bakery which had great patisseries. The bedrooms had loads of wardrobe space. Loved the shower, great water pressure as there were toiletries available. Would definitely like to stay here again for future visits to Disneyland. My phone broke not long after we arrived to the hotel so lost all the lovely pictures of the apartment.

No direct route to Paris. I think Paris it self is expensive but the train from CDG airport to the hotel was 20 euros each for a 8 minute journey then just under 2euros for a RER from Disneyland - so just a consideration. The neighbours are sensitive to noise. It really is quite strict about no noise after 10pm. We were in Paris to celebrate a friends 30th so at midnight we surprised her with cake, whilst we felt we weren't making excessive noise the neighbors did complain. From this point, our stay felt a little uncomfortable as we were extremely conscious of making any noise at all. There was 5 of us, all adults and the apartment obviously has a thin structure. Would have been good for the instructions/property policies to be provided on booking.com or at check-in as I can imagine this could be missed by guests. The apartment had to be left as found i.e. cleaned and bins recycled which you would expect this service cost to be included in the price of the stay.

We loved practically everything about this property. The distance to shops, restaurants and Disneyland-Paris is perfect. The apartment is super clean and all facilities are of a very high standard and the owners have thought of little ways to make you feel welcome. We found getting in and out of the building very smooth and the instructions given to us were easy to follow. We would highly recommend.

We would have liked to have a few more comfy seats in the living room. The sofa is a 3 seater and when the apartment sleeps 6 adults it was not ideal for 3 people to be sitting on the floor or on the high breakfast bar stools. We did have the option of bringing in some chairs from the balcony however these would still not have been nice to relax on these and they would have scratched the flooring. I would suggest maybe a couple of bean bags would be a great addition. This really is the only thing that could be improved. This accommodation is just perfect in all other ways.

To get into the building you need one 4 digit code, to access a key to get you through the next door you need to find a security box and then input a 10 digit code, to get into the lift you need a further 4 digit code, then once you get to front door you need another 10 digit code! I was desperate for a few alcoholic drinks after 3 days in Disney but was too scared in case I couldn’t get into the property. Your are sent a series of PDFs with all this detail on though.. Surely this could be simplified?

Uitstekend verblijf voor een paar dagen Euro Disney of Parijs

Het appartement was paar minuten rijden van Euro Disney. Alle informatie over het huis en parkeren was goed doorgeven. De host was erg vriendelijk en hield contact voor eventuele vragen. Het appartement was heel schoon en netjes en had alles wat je nodig hebt voor het verblijf. Onze auto konden we netjes binnen parkeren. Supermarkt was ook heel dichtbij. We komen hier zeker nog terug.

Dat we weer naar huis moesten :-)

Mooie locatie vlak bij treinstation. Binnen een paar minuten ben je in Disney land en in 45 minuten ben je in Parijs.

Voor elektrisch rijden was het even zoeken naar een laadpunt, maar bij het winkelcentrum Val d'Europe waren voldoende snelladers.
