Stay was short and sweet, things went smoothly albeit a few hiccups. Highly recommended!

First off, thank you for accepting our reservation. If there is one thing that is exceptional in this booking, it is easily the host (in our case, Martin). He was so accommodating and replies promptly to all your queries. He likes granular control of the apartment and you are sure that he knows almost every nook and cranny of the place from the problems of the elevators to how to tackle problems step by step. Those alone are reasons to book this place aside from its proximity to Disneyland. In addition, it has a lot of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Thanks again!

But, like all good things, there are a few things that we didn’t like about the apartment. Small, and minor problems we encountered. First was the hot water for bathing. Although Martin told me about it when we arrived (maybe I wasn’t focused enough because we were tired from a previous trip), but I would suggest that when there are guests, the water should be heated constantly (maybe it’s just my personal preference, but given that it is primarily marketed as a place to stay when going to Disneyland, family would obviously get home late, have a long tiring day and would definitely want to take a hot shower before resting). Secondly, the shower/ bath tub. Would highly suggest to put a shower curtain so that the floor would be minimally wet after a shower. Thirdly, would be the toilet, please add a bidet shower. It would really help in cleaning up after. Fourth would be to add locks in rooms. Maybe it’s just my personal preference, but I find it hard to sleep if my room is not locked. Thank you.

A grumpy resident of the building (not the hosts fault). Also while instructions were quite clear for the booking the stringent rules around check in etc was a bit stressful before arriving, however I do understand the need for this and thankfully the host was very reasonable in person - a lovely guy.

The place was very spacious and very accessible to the train station. Lots of good restaurants close by and a bit mall to do your shopping as well. Access to Paris/Disneyland within reach, so generally a very good location and excellent hosts as well.

Location was great. Shops and restaurants nearby. Shopping mall also close and the outlet. Disneyland is one stop away. Train station is also very close. Secure building. It was clean. There’s a dryer and washing machine which is handy for drying out clothes when it rained. There were toys and books for my daughter to play with.

Could do with exhaust in the toilet and shower.

The apartment is in a fantastic location for families visiting Disney and Paris City centre is also very accessible with train station on the doorstep. There are good restaurants and shops within 2 mins walk of property. Martin was very helpful on arrival.

"Magical trip"

- The living room is spacious // good to have a breakfast before going into Disneyland - The location of the apartment is great - There is a supermarket and bakery around the corner

A case of "minimal input, maximum outcome" gone wrong. - Unclean floors (images supplied to host); - Mold (very large areas) on 2 pillows that were in the bed of the children (images supplied to the host); - Dust and hairs throughout (images supplied to host); - Host is not able to take feedback (not made for the hospitality business); - Host is not willing to solve basic critical issues due to his "other job"; - Host is rude / personally insults heavily due to the inability to process negative feedback. I'm foremost disappointed in you, in regards to your communication and mindset towards a customer. Quote Martin: "... if you want it that clean you need to take a 5-star hotel!" Such a statement is very troubling. The hospitality business can't be seen as a "side project". Topics as hygiene and the right mindset (hospitality) are a must. One can't simply buy an apartment and let it run on "auto-pilot", asking the compensation that you do. You will get feedback, things will go wrong sometimes; take it and deal with it. Find a solution and both parties will be happy in the end. This a matter of dedication and passion and not expecting a "magic money generating machine". Be responsible, supply quality, add value; success will follow. I hope you will take this feedback as an input to do better in the future. Not for me but for your future customers.

Great location, clean property run by fantastic hosts

The location of the property was really good, only a few minutes from the train station and 10 minute drive to Disney visitor's parking. The host met us at the property we only needed to give them a call to let them know we are on our way. Parking was arranged which was only 10EUR. The property was clean, and the host left us with some refreshments which was a really nice touch. Plenty of restaurants around as well as a big shopping mall.

Beautiful apartment, very central. Martin, our host was extremely helpful and was very nice!

From the first few minutes we arrived to Paris, Martin (our host) met us outside our apartment to greet us. It was a very comfortable apartment, very clean and Martin was so helpful. He was very personable, kind and answered our questions. The apartment was very stylish and fresh. The apartment was in a superb location, right beside the train station and shopping mall (and commuting distance from Disney). At night, there was literally no noise at all. It felt very safe. The apartment was spotless, we were even given some small treats to welcome us. It was also very new!

Great location, spacious apartment.

Great location to Disney and Val de Europe shopping centre, quiet area also. Enough room comfortably for a family of 7.

Parking was a faff as our car would not go down to level -2, so had to park the level above which was not where our space was, ended up parking on someone else's spot and had a traffic cone placed on our windscreen which wasn't great, managed to sort it out though with host.

Wygodnie, przyjemnie, blisko metro, Disneyland, dobrze dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, 4 piętro, winda. Cicha okolica, blisko do centrum handlowego (Auchan) lub mniejszych sklepów (Carrefour, piekarnia). Jeden przystanek metrem do Disneylandu, stacja metra też bardzo blisko. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, mili właściciele. Można skorzystać z podziemnego hazardu (płatny osobno).

Lokatie is goed voor Disneyland, voor Parijs minder (1-1,5 uur reizen) Omgeving veel restaurants, winkels en winkelcentrum Veilig om ‘‘s avonds over straat te gaan Ruim appartement, goede 2 slaapkamers met in totaal 5 goede bedden

Wel schoongemaakt maar toch sterke rioollucht in de keuken. Dit is 1,5 jaar geleden ook al eens in een review gemeld. Handdoeken ruiken vreemd (schimmel?) Uitcheckprocedure met de sleutels was niet duidelijk uitgelegd en beschreven. Hierdoor zat mijn vrouw twee keer vast in de lift. Contactpersoon Martin en Emilie waren telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Alleen per bericht.

Gostamos do apartamento, quartos confortáveis. Bem equipado. O Martin nos recebeu muito bem. Foi super atencioso e nos respondeu sempre que precisamos. Próximo a estação de trem e ao shopping. Fomos a pé para a Disney (30 min) de caminhada. Perfeito

Não conseguimos tomar banho a noite depois de um dia inteiro na Disney, porque a água não esquentou. Mas o Martin nos esclareceu que deveríamos ter mudado a posição da chave que estava no automático e a água fica limitada. Também tivemos dificuldade em utilizar o forno. Mas no geral foi tudo ótimo.
