Great location, but cleanliness and basic amenities are missing.

The location is great if you are planning to visit Disneyland. We received the apartment two hours later than planned, so we got to extend the checkout by two hours.

Basic amenities were missing, such as, wine glasses, extra toilet paper/kitchen towels, proper wine opener. Also it looked like the fronts in the kitchen and the dining table had been washed with a dirty cloth.

It was lovely.

The property is just where the flower shop is, but the map was showing elsewhere. So I called the owner, Kevin who send me a picture and met me downstairs to hand over the key.

Great for Disneyland

The location of the apartment was ideal. It was close by to local shops and restaurants. We were there for a trip to euro Disney, the bus we needed for a direct drop off to the park was right across the road from the apartment. The bus journey was also only 10 minutes to disneyland. The roads were easy to cross as there were plenty of safe public crossings. We spent very little time in the apartment as we were out from morning till evening. While there however, the kids were kept entertained via the apps on the smart TV. The building in general was very clean and safe, with secure entry. Kevin, our host was lovely and very understanding after delays on route caused us to arrive an hour late. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any families looking for a trip to Euro Disney.

Great apartment

Location was good. Bus stop directly outside across the road into disneyland parks. Run regularly. Taxis were 25-30 euros to disneyland parks. Apartment was clean and tidy, had everything you needed. Supermarket around the back. Sofa bed super comfy, bottom bunk comfy. Main bed was uncomfortable and especially for those who suffer bad backs. Shutters on the outside windows so good to keep windows open during the night as main room got slighty warm. Would recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay outside of the disneyparks. We stayed as a family of 5 Kevin was very welcoming

Stay here for your Disneyland & Provins visits

Kevin, the host, was very helpful and friendly. Accessibility of public transport closeby until late at night, we love the transportation equity of France! Complete and modern apartment, perfect for everyone's need plus you can cook and wash, what a bonus! Close to a supermarket, bakery and a flower shop, etc. Would definitely recommend this place if you like to be in Chessy (Disneyland) and visit the Medieval Town of Provins areas.

We stayed as we were visiting Disneyland. Great location for the bus to Disney and Val d Europe shopping and a few local shops for basic supplies. The host was friendly and helpful. The unit had everything we needed.

great family holiday, great location and easy access to train station, buses and Disney

really pleasant greeting and appreciated the flexibility with us arriving later in the evening … location was great with a fab local bakery which was amazing. rooms were warm and loved the towel rail in bathroom

main bed was a little uncomfortable and no curtains or unsure if there was any shutters. would of liked more than one toilet roll for a family of four staying for 4 nights..

Perfect location to stay to visit Disneyland

A very nice and comfortable place to stay if you want to visit Disneyland. We were a family of 6 and we were able to sleep comfortably. The bus station is right in front of the location. Great value for money.

Lovely stay highly recommended

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is well equipped . The host was lovely very nice. Easy access to Disneyland the bus is outside 10 mins away. The apartment is clean warm and comfortable. There is shop near by and bakery. Really lovely quiet building.

A very small detail but some cups for coffee or tea and also better pillows for bed. But that’s all

Zeker zijn geld waard, super verblijf en ligging!!

Voor ons was dit de eerste keer dat we via een boekingssite een appartement huurden, en het was een super ervaring! Het appartement was zeer verzorgd, goed onderhouden en had een perfecte ligging. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, en de communicatie met de host was uitstekend. De begeleiding was top, met een duidelijke handleiding en goede instructies en transparantie. De host reageerde snel en was erg behulpzaam. Connectie naar Disney geen 15min met de bus voor de deur(lijn 2233), parking 24uur gratis tegenover de woning, Namens mijn hele familie willen we jullie bedanken voor deze mooie tijd. Deze ervaring maakt zeker dat we in de toekomst nog vaker zullen boeken. Een aanrader! Een huis dat gasten verwelkomt, blijft gezegend. Mogen de vreugde en vrede die hier heersen, ook de gasten van de toekomst omarmen.

Mischien ff het slot van het appartement deur nakijken, het is ons niet direct gelukt om het open te krijgen. Dit is niet als negatieve punt bedoeld maar alleen als een tip!!!!

Le canapé lit convertible n'est pas confortable. Il y avait une odeur de produit insecticide dans l'appartement.

Non ci ha soddisfatto

L'appartamento è posizionato in un quartiere tranquillo e molto carino, ed è molto vicino ad un supermercato e una boulangerie, che ci hanno permesso di risparmiare qualcosa in più per mangiare. Le stanze erano molto accoglienti e ben arredate, i letti erano comodi, e il bagno era sufficientemente grande. La cucina era davvero comoda e ci ha permesso di cucinare per tutta la famiglia senza difficoltà, inoltre essendo dotata di lavastoviglie, ci ha davvero consentito di risparmiare tempo utile in casa. La posizione era molto buona: con il bus era possibile raggiungere Disneyland in appena 10 minuti.

La comunicazione con i proprietari non è stata il massimo. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo segnalato che la carta igienica lasciataci in casa fosse insufficiente per la durata del soggiorno e per il nostro numero di persone e i proprietari non ci hanno neppure risposto, così come non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta in merito alle modalità di check-out. La coperta fornita insieme al divano-letto che io ho usato aveva un cattivo odore di umido, come se fosse stata lavata e lasciata in lavatrice per troppo tempo prima di essere stesa ad asciugare. Inoltre, non erano presenti detersivi e panni per pulire superfici e ambienti, che sono di fondamentale importanza se si viaggia con bambini.

Ideal pour se rendre a disney.

La situation géographique puisque a dix minutes en bus de disney.

Musique produite dans l'immeuble par un voisin un peu trop forte a mon gout. Des basses toute la soirée vraiment pas cool mais il y'a pire. Propreté laissant a désiré. Dommage de n'avoir pas vu le propriétaire c'est quand même chez lui qu'on va loger donc important de voir a qui on a a faire. Quelques dosettes de café auraient été les bienvenue. Pas d'eau chaude le soir de notre arrivée. Je presume que les gens qui ont quitté l'appartement le matin avaient du prendre une douche ou bain avant le départ. Le cumulus étant branché en heure creuse il n'a pas produit d'eau chaude de toute la journée.

Un effort sur la literie et ce sera parfait 👍🏻

Nous avons apprécié la facilité d'accès de l'appartement, ses équipements, sa proximité avec Disneyland, sa propreté. Le propriétaire est très joignable et agréable. Le quartier est bien équipé, l'immeuble est calme.

La literie du lit double serait à revoir. Le lit grince beaucoup des qu'un de ses occupants se retournent.
