Lovely apartment for small family or group, near Disneyland

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Clear instructions and communication with host. Main bed might (between walls) might be a little short if you are a longer person, but there are 2 bankbeds as alternative. Aldi is just few minutes away. It is about 10 minutes walk from RER if you take exit 2 or 3. 1 stop from Disneyland (RER goes app. every 10 minutes) Cute balcony (just did not use it due to a lot of rain)

At night we (2 woman) felt it safer to use the front entrance, since the back entrance is surrounded with a lot of bush/a small park. During the day it felt fine, since there are schools at that side. On arrival we got instructions for the back entrance. Badge worked for both sides. Apartment door missed number sign, but instruction was clear enough to find the correct door.

Lovely clean property in a safe neighbourhood

Upon arrival, we were thrilled to find that the property matched the photos exactly. It was immaculately clean and just as described. One of the highlights for us was the safety features of the complex where the property was located. We felt a strong sense of security and peace of mind throughout our stay. The host was incredibly helpful, providing us with ample explanations and always responding promptly to our inquiries. The accommodation provides a double bed, foldable double sofa-bed, and a single sofa-bed, as well as Wi-Fi access. In addition, the property offers a Lavazza coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron, fresh towels and other items for short stay. The considerate host also included complimentary coffee pods, tea, olive oil, and sugar to make our stay even more enjoyable. The property is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, just a 30-minute walk from Disneyland. Alternatively, you can easily order an Uber for €12. Although we didn't have a chance to enjoy it, the terrace was absolutely lovely – a perfect spot to relax after a fun-filled day at Disneyland! There are several conveniences nearby including a local shop, a quaint bakery, and a train station that is only a 10-minute walk away.

Bring slippers with you; the terrace gets wet if it rains. It didn't bother us, but just wanted to mention it. It's a small apartment, so be careful with the corners of the bar table, especially if you have children.

We loved it, perfect for us & we will return!

Lovely clean & comfy apartment and nice little touch with tea, coffee & little cakes. Perfect location for train into Paris or Disney. Aldi just round the corner. Our girls loved having breakfast on the terrace. The owner was so accommodating & friendly & went out of her way to help us.

Jolie studio et Proche RER A

Appartement très jolie dans une belle résidence sécurisée et tout proche rer A (5mn max) !!! Parfait pour voyage en famille chez les grandes oreilles !!!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Gute Lage (ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof). Von dort aus ca 40 Minuten nach Paris und 5 Minuten zum Disneyland. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Alle Schritte für das Einchecken wurden detaiiert beschrieben. (Wirkte erstmal kompliziert, da es viele Schritte sind, doch der Ablauf klappt gut) Die Schlüsselübergabe läuft über eine Schlüsselbox. Es empfiehlt sich, zuerst vor der Eingangstür zu halten und den Schlüssel zu holen, denn nur so kommt man mit der Fernbedienung in die Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung (1-Zimmer-Appartement) ist klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Reichte für uns in dieser Form aber vollkommen aus, da wir ohnehin nur zum Schlafen dort waren. Auf den Fotos wirkt alles etwas geräumiger, aber man kommt mit einer 4köpfigen Familie gut zurecht. Für den Preis voll in Ordnung!

Die Schlafcouch ist für Kinder okay, für Erwachsene etwas hart.

Para el verano está muy bien la terraza, pero necesita un toldo para cuando el sol está vertical y hace mucho calor. Los colchones de los sofás cama son muy finos y llega a ser un poco doloroso...

Spettacolare da rimanere senza fiato

La colazione non era compresa ma non è stato un problema. La posizione strategica, a 10 minuti di macchina da Disneyland park. Ben serviti di negozi, zona molto silenziosa. I proprietari molto disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problema, molto presenti , molta comunicazione con loro. Sicuramente rifarò questa esperienza perché è stato davvero magico

Aver trovato l'alloggio occupato da altre persone , peraltro molto maleducate , e aver perso tempo... ma i proprietari hanno subito risolto. Grazie ancora!!!!!

Emplacement sympathique proche de disneyland et des commerces .appartement très propre

Équipements : poubelle cassée télé qui ne fonctionne pas, volet roulant coupé en deux micro-ondes pas de plateau ni de cloche. Lavabo salle de bain à moitié bouche et la literie catastrophique ( les deux lits). Dommage facilement améliorable. Voisins au bout du couloir musique à fond je n avait jamais vécu cela et engueulade entre eux avec hurlements.

Excelente atención al detalle.

La decoración. Los servicios. La atención al detalle. Todo limpio, todo nuevo. El apartamento tuvo lo que necesité para descansar después de Disney. 🙂 La anfitriona estuvo disponible y fue fácil de contactar. El balcón tiene una vista al amanecer hermosa para desayunar. La cocina está equipada y tiene aceite, vinagre, sal, pimienta, azúcar, infusiones y café en cápsulas. Muy útil si quieres prepararte algo. Hay un supermercado al lado y muchos restaurantes. Tiene ascensor.
