Pleasant apartment for 4 people just 10 minutes from the RER station Val d'Europe.

Located on the top floor with elevator, the apartment is composed of a large living room with a sofa bed (2 persons), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine). Senseo coffee, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils ...).

A large room with 1 double bed (2 people) with wardrobe and storage, a bathroom including a washing machine and toilet.

Wifi connection included.

A free and private parking space located in the basement of the building completely secure and remotely controlled.

Great apartment very clean stunning views of Disneyland from the balcony is in a nice quiet location the only down side is having a shower attached to taps not a decent shower. Aldi, Lidl, kfc, b&m are a decent walk away Disneyland is less then 10 minutes drive away

What a lovely apartment! The patio was perfect! We had a little trouble getting the codes and getting in, but owners were accessible and helpful, so were all set in no time. We used Uber to get back and forth to Disney which was easy too! Loved our time there! Wish we'd had more time! Merci beaucoup!!

Lovely, quiet apartment with great outdoor space and a fireworks view as a bonus! Quick walk to Aldi and the train station. Only downside there was no toilet paper and none was provided when requested. Would certainly stay here again!

First time Vrbo users and first time at this apartment. We're a family of four with two 'adult' girls aged 21 and 15. The apartment was perfect for our visit - spotlessly clean, well maintained with all amenities you'd hope for. We knew we would be using the sofa bed (for our girls) and it was ideal - we were leaving for the park at 10am and arriving back after 11pm so our time inside was limited. All correspondence with 'host' was great. The only issue being the lift was broken so three flights of stairs to 'climb' and no key to get into the garage from inside the apartment (there's a remote for the main garage doors). Would certainly use again.

We wanted a property near to Disneyland and this lovely apartment didn't disappoint. The apartment has everything you need including a balcony with comfy sofa & chairs and we watched the disney fireworks with a glass of wine on the nights we weren't at Disneyland. We walked to Disneyland which took about 30 minutes and got an Uber back which cost about 13 to 15 euros. Would recommend this lovely apartment which also has underground very safe parking and the only improvement would be a shower head holder as you have to hold the shower head in the bath.

I stayed at the Montevrain property while visiting my wife who is temporarily working in the area. I also worked remotely for several days from the property and enjoyed the fact that I could shut the living room door for meetings. The biggest highlight was definitely the view from the terrace. I spent several hours working and relaxing on the terrace and at night I cracked the door to hear the music from Disneyland while watching the fireworks. Perfect view! The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook/eat at home most nights. But when we didn’t feel like it, there were many quality restaurants within walking distance. With that said, I only have minor complaints. The hot water would run out quicker than expected but that’s likely a building issue, nothing the unit owners can control. We would have preferred a mounted shower head instead of a detachable head with the tub, but we made it work. My biggest issue, however, was the check in process. I would have liked the owners to be more proactive about sending door codes and entering procedures since there are several code-enabled gates. When I landed in Paris I only had the unit code and had to remind the owners to send me other codes. I hope they improve their communication going forward. I would stay here again since I’ll be making several more trips to the area in the coming months. Really great value and location!

Our short trip to Disneyland and Paris was wonderful. The location of Ferienwohnung was perfect for us. Not too far for a short visit to Paris, and perfect to observe the night show at disneyland from balcony. We wished for a better communication with the owner and a better shower experience. But all in all a wonderful trip.

Fantastic apartment! Very easy to find and very easy to get to Disneyland (15 minute walk to station, and then a 3 minute RER ride). The team were really helpful and friendly to communicate with and this made the trip even better. I will definitely be going back to Disneyland and would love to stay here again!

Spacious, comfprtable well equipped 1 bedroom apartment in quiet residential area. Walking distance from railway connection to Paris / Parc Disney. Close to all shops, restaurants, and all facilities. Just a few minutes from the motorway. Absolutely ideal for a couple but will sleep 4.

Keurige woning, goed verzorgd en afgewerkt. Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de WiFi niet, dit werd direct opgelost door de verhuurder. Het appartement is groot, goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn groot met hard matras, prima. Heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op Disneyland. Dit is ook direct een klein nadeel, aangezien alle parades en het vuurwerk hoorbaar zijn. Verder niet storend. Slapen met het raam open is niet aan te raden vanwege het geluid van de rondweg. Is echter vanwege de hitte wel noodzakelijk (oordopjes mee). Parkeren in de garage dient met enige vaardigheid te gebeuren, betonnen blokkendoos, niet erg geschikt voor grote auto met een forse draaicirkel. Zeer rustig gebouw, en kalme buurt. Supermarkt op loopafstand en ook diverse restaurants zijn goed te voet te bereiken.

Ideal für Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte in einer Agentur, eigener Parkplatz im Parkhaus vorhanden. Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Lage ist gut, Disneyland ist mit dem Pkw schnell zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Val D’Europe ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar, da fährt aber auch ein Bus hin.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het was erg warm zo konden we lang buiten zitten en geen last van muggen. Binnen is het wel erg warm maar is staat een ventilator in huis. En we hadden er ook nog 1 mee zo konden we allemaal koel slapen. Heerlijk genoten van het vuurwerk. Was het mooiste appartement van de 3 die we bezocht hebben in 1 jaar tijd. We waren met 2 volwassen en 1 tiener (14 jaar)

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen (oder auch längeren) Aufenthalt braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist in ausreichender Menge da. Die Betten sind gut, allerdings je nur 140cm, was ein wenig eng ist für 4 Erwachsene. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg von der RER entfernt, von dort sind es max.5 Minuten nach Disneyland und etwa 40 Minuten nach Paris. Kleine Geschäfte finden sich in der Nähe. Die Lage ist in einer Wohngegend, die wir als sehr sicher empfunden haben. Ein kleiner Hinweis jedoch: da sich die Tore und Türen nur mit einem Code öffnen lassen, sollte man diese immer dabei haben, sonst steht man schon mal vor einer verschlossenen Türe ;-) Ich würde diese Wohnung immer wieder mieten. Eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich so, wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betten sind jeweils nur 140 cm breit,, dafür aber qualitativ sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden und es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohngegend, die wir als sehr ruhig und sicher empfanden und man ist innerhalb von etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg an der RER. Von dort ist es eine Haltestelle nach Disneyland und in etwa 45 Minuten ist man in Paris. Super ist auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der einem die Parkplatzsuche erspart. Nur eines ist wichtig, man sollte alle Zugangscodes, die man zum öffnen der Türen benötigt immer bei sich haben, sonst steht man hinterher vor verschlossenen Türen und hat ein kleines Problem ;-) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
