My experience at the apartment wasn't the best. It took me over two hours to get into the apartment because the owner gave me the wrong code for the key box. I had to ask for help from the Carrefour employees on the corner of the building. I tried calling the owner several times, but he didn't answer. It was a very unpleasant situation because I was with a child and had to stay outside for more than two hours. The very helpful Carrefour employee, after trying several times to open the key box, managed to open it and said the code I was given was wrong. I think the apartment owner should be more helpful and present when guests arrive, because I called several times to report that I couldn't get into the apartment. She called me back hours later, when I had already been out in the cold for hours.
