About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 57 m² flat in Chessy which can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 19 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, electric hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and connected TV
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and connected TV
- Bathroom with bath and hairdryer
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Chessy, in a quiet, safe and very pleasant area. The Val d'Europe shopping centre and Vallée Village in Serris are close by, as are shops, restaurants, bars and a market.
