Chez Patron T3 2BR with 2 parking near Disneyland Paris & train station-Chessy

Very nice ans spacy appartment in the vicinity of Disneyland Paris.

It was very hot at the moment of our stay and there was only an small portable airco. It was not enough to cool the bedrooms to sleep very well, but if the outside temperature is cooler it would be fine.

It’s so conveniently located only a few mins walk from the train station at Val D’Europe and a min walk from 2 supermarkets Franprix and Carrefour City - with some nice restaurants close by- a beautiful Italian restaurant across from the train station entrance- with Sea Life and indoor karting and video games close to the main Val de Europe shopping complex- Wonderwoods restaurant is also worth a go with very nice food and great theming the place is spotless and secure and the owners are on hand for any questions. The rooms are comfortable it’s Ideal for a trip to Disney at any time of the year

Nothing was perfect for our needs

Beau quartier. Calme. Appartement bien aménagé. Parkings extérieurs publics autour des immeubles très pratiques.

Le bip pour accéder au parking intérieur n'était pas à l'emplacement prévu dans les indications. Je me suis mis sur les parkings extérieurs publics, qui sont bien aussi. Au final, j'ai retrouvé l'accès pour le parking intérieur à l'entrée de l"appartement lors de mon départ et il était suspendu tout en haut. Je l'ai donc remis à l'emplacement indiqué.

Great stay, location is a 5/10 minute walk to Val D'Europe shopping centre and Train station. Not quite walking distance but a short journey to Disney. Shops and restaurants all close by. Ideal for a hub for Disney

No hand washing facilities with the toilet. Find this strange as there is room for a small sink. Have to use one of the other sinks in the property.
