Would love to stay again

The location was great and the flat was very clean and tidy. Appreciated guidance to find the entrance and communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Perhaps more towels could have been provided. As all the guests were female in our group multiple towels per person would have been preferable. Very minor issue.

nice spacious appartment near val d europe

1.modern and spacious appartment in a new building 2.a short walk to the train station 3.one train stop to disney 4. fully equiped kitchen with water in the fridge and cookies/lollipops for the kids 5.ground floor easy to enter with luggage and baby pram

1.no airconditioning and it was so hot when we were there 2.the taxi driver from the airport couldnt find it. we followed the instructions from the owners email and found the building. we were 20’ early and oyr code to enter didnt work. we called the owner but he didnt answer. he called back 2-3 hours later 3. no cleaning service during stay. on day of check out you have to throw away your own garbage and put the dishwasher running 4. we had better luck finding the owner through the booking.com platform later on during our stay. still after check out there was nowhere to leave our luggage. not even at the train station. no other tips on where to leave the luggage were given from the owners. they were kind to let us check out one hour later. still we had to wait for two hours at the nearest square with all our lyggage plus the baby until the taxi driver picked us up for the airport 5. the area was still under construction so there was noise in the morning and no water anywhere at the appartment on our last morning

Everything was perfect. Clean tidy . Had Everything I didn't even expect for example dish washing liquid, clothes washing liquid, toiletries and so on

Amazing place, stay, location and great hosts

Everything was excellent: the flat was very clean, super equipped, very comfortable for 6 people and we had more than expected. Excellent location, and the host went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. There are 2 spacious shower rooms and only one toilet room (just bear this in mind, if you wish to have more than one toilet room) still it was perfect and we will come back next year!!! Thank you to the HOSTS!!

Very good if going to Disneyland

Very good location, close to Disneyland. Supermarket nearby, less than 5 minutes walking distance. Clean and with a lot of good facilities. Wi-Fi was also very good. Two private parking spaces underground with easy access via elevator. The area is under construction, some streets are closed and your GPS might give you wrong instructions if you look for 5 Place Nelson Mandela. The parking entrance is on the other side of the building at 24 Rue d'Ariane. Pay attention to the parking instructions provided by the host and it's better to keep a reference to 24 Rue d'Ariane if arriving by car. Careful not to confuse it with Place d'Ariane which is a different street nearby.

There are two separate bathrooms which are very nice, but unfortunately the toilet is in a room without a sink. The building front door is a nice design visually but functionally it's terrible. When opening the door there is a very small gap between the handle and the fixed section of the door and if you grab it on the right side you will get your fingers painfully pinched in-between.

Localização -supermercados e cafés a 2 min, comboio e metro a 10 minutos, a Disney a 25min a pé. Confortável, moderno, e muito bem equipado. Com gentileza de produtos disponíveis, Chegámos pela meia noite por causa do voo - a entrada foi com self-check-in. Muito útil. Não temos de andar com chaves - funciona com códigos de entrada, o que é ótimo.

Tem 3 casas de banho -o que é ótimo, mas só uma com sanita e sem lavatório. Único senão.

Dreckige und sehr schimmelige Wohnung! Durchgeweichte Betten. Heizungen werden nicht warm.....und das im Winter! Wasser wird nicht warm. Sehr unfreundlicher und nur Geldorientierter Gastgeber. Toilette sehr schlecht positioniert in der Wohnung. Ernste Probleme in der Wohnung werden NULL ernst genommen.

Apartamento super cómodo, igual às fotografias! Família de 5 adultos e uma criança. Gostámos bastante e ficamos surpreendidos pela positiva. Havia disponível produtos de higiene, para a loiça...o que foi óptimo. Voltaria de certeza!

Na casa de banho de serviço poderia haver um lavatório. Não vi roupa para colocar no sofá cama, utilizamos a do beliche, o que não sendo o ideal teve de servir. Coisas pequenas...

Perfektes Appartment für einen Paris Besuch

Das Appartment ist super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Parkgarage und das Viertel um das Haus ist super neu und sauber. Entfernungen zu Disney und Paris sind super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt - leider war es sehr warm in der Wohnung. Dadurch, dass die im Erdgeschoss liegt - konnte man auch nachts nicht komplett durchlüften. Ventilatoren waren vorhanden, aber bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur stand die Hitze leider in der Wohnung.

la struttura è praticamente nuova. pulitissima,super fornita e due minuti a piedi dalla stazione della RER, il treno. vicinissimo c'è un Carrefour fornito e una pasticceria super. consiglio vivamente.. ci torneremo sicuramente.
