Very little ... If I had to - no sink with the toilet! Other wise could not fault it!

Honestly for the price it was a surprisingly good offering. What not to expect: this is not a hotel so you won't have all the services a hotel offers. Otherwise you have a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment, a kitchen and living room that are functional and a nice balcony/view. It was great for my wife and 2 kids. The area is pretty cool with a supermarket and other small shops. It's one of those planned developments next to Disney (8min drive). Host was very friendly and instructions were clear.
A washing machine/dryer would've been a great addition.
