Spacious, clean, good value for money apartment

Amazingly clean new apartment, conveniently located at Val D'Europe metro station. It was perfect for my 3-days stay for visiting Disneyland and the outlet. The living room is spacious, bed is nice and comfortable, key collection was nice and smooth. Extra point for speaking English. Thank you!

Nice property to stay in close to Disneyland but beware of hidden check in charges

The room was nice and clean and close to the train station where you can take the 5 minute train to disneyland paris for a couple of Euros. The whole area was nice and pleasant and very clean. It looked like a posh area. There is also a shopping mall next the train station.

There were hidden charges where they only give you a small free window from 4pm to 8pm to check in. After that they charge you between 25 - 75 Euro for late check in. We had to pay 50 Euro as we checked in between 12am - 1pm. This was not clearly listed in the listing when it should have been. They only notified us after the booking where we had no chance of cancelling, which is unfair and misleading.

Excellent host - clear instructions and quick to respond. Convenient location as there is Carrefour City and a very good bakery nearby.

Washing machine does not come with a dryer function.

The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen and felt cosy. The apartment block was nice and peaceful and the area is great for cafes, food shops and the train station all a few minutes walk away.,

Netflix didn’t work because too many people were using the same account, so this was disappointing since it’s literally advertised in the title of this apartment. When I messaged the Conceirge about it, I got no reply. The sofa bed is also not fit for purpose and severely dips in the middle.

Very close to everything. Okay apartment for a few nights. Parking garage included.

Bed was way too short, both mine and my wife’s feet sticking out at night. And we are not overly tall people. 183 and 172 cm. Apartment did not quite look as cozy in reality. Problematic key situation. We find it childish that we pay cleaning charges but have to clean dishes and throw away our garbage before leaving, and that we are reminded of that like three times even at night by the staff.

We’d highly recommend this accommodation. It was perfect for staying close to Disneyland.

The location was perfect for getting to Disneyland - 1 stop away on the train, and into the centre of Paris. There were also plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and a supermarket, bakery and shopping centre. Everything was provided in the apartment - soap, washing up liquid, washing tablets, towels.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great apartment in a great location

Location was fantastic for Disneyland, very spacious apartment with nice outdoor space. Bed was comfy and a nice powerful shower which was great after a long day in the park. Underground secure parking for our car.

A small negative was the bathroom shower mat was extremely slippery so they need to get a mat that doesn't slip and slide as it was quite dangerous when getting out the shower.

The place is cosy and neat. It is quiet and secure. Is in a good location with restaurants, mall and supermarket. The selection of tv apps is great as my daughter loves YouTube.

Location was perfect, just 5 min walk away from the train station and then one stop for Euro Disney. Paris only around 45mins away. Apartment was superb, clean and concierge that met us to give us the keys was very helpful( Nicholas - if I'm not mistaken)

El trato de Florence a la llegada, muy agradable. Buena ubicación, bien comunicado, con supermercado y panaderia, justo al lado, además, la estación de RER está solo a 300 metros, y desde ahí, te trasladas a Disney en una parada , y ese mismo tren, si lo tomas en sentido opuesto te lleva al centro de París en unos 40 minutos. El barrio es muy tranquilo, moderno y nada conflictivo, de hecho, es la segunda vez que me alojo en esta zona, y sin duda, repetiría.

Me cobraron 25€ al hacer el check in, por llegar a las 22:00 (si llegas después de las 20:00 te cobran suplemento hasta 50€, depende de tu hora de llegada), que me parece correcto, siempre y cuando lo especifiquen en las condiciones de la reserva, que no es el caso, ya que te avisan de esta condición una vez has realizado la reserva.

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Idéalement situé pour se rendre au parc Disneyland Paris. Le RER ligne A est à proximité( 5 minutes à pied). Les échanges ont été agréable. Merci pour ce séjour.

Consugliatissimo anche per la comunicazione puntuale con chi lo gestisce.

L’appartamento è in ottima posizione rispetto ai servizi principali. Ci sono un’ottima boulangerie per fare una colazione tipica francese e il supermercato proprio fuori casa. Inoltre c’è un piccolo locale, con un proprietario molto accogliente, per prendere qualcosa da bere la sera al rientro, noi lo abbiamo fatto sempre. La struttura è nuova, pulita e confortevole.

L’èventuale sovra prezzo in caso di arrivo dopo gli orari stabiliti. Noi abbiamo rispettato l’orario e non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Tolle Lage, nur eine Zugstation vom Disneyland Paris entfernt. Großes Shoppingcenter und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Einweisung zur Wohnung. Alles in der Wohnung was man braucht. Tiefgarage. Ruhiger Wohnkomplex, bequeme Schafcouch.

Recuerdo inolvidable en un lugar perfecto

Lucas fue muy amable y puntual. Nos encantó la ubicación, la limpieza, el espacio, los utensilios de cocina, la calidad de todo. 100% recomendable. Está al lado de la estación de tren que te lleva en 15 minutos de puerta a puerta a Disney Land y de un centro comercial. Super tranquila la zona. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Un gran recuerdo.

Nous sommes arrivés tard, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Florence qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l’appartement. Celui-ci est spacieux, calme, très propre, la déco est très sympa. Il est très sécurisé et le quartier est agréable.

Fijne plek

Het was super schoon, netjes, alles op orde. Keuken had alles wat je nodig had. Badkamer keurig op orde, fijn bed. Kinderbedje stond klaar. Dichtbij de trein om naar Disney te gaan.

Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik iets moet zeggen. De deur naar het terras. Vind het erg irritant dat ik deze niet van buiten achter me dicht kan trekken.
