Nice stay

The apartment is very clean, and perfectly located for a trip to Disneyland Paris. The ceiling fan was great with this hot weather. There was a TV, but we didn't use it. The hosts were very helpful when we had questions before arrival. The app had tons of useful info in case one doesn't want or can't put one's own research in for what's around the house, how to reach places, get groceries and so on. We would not feel like staying here with more than 2 people tbh, but for just 2, the place is perfectly sufficient.

It would be great to add a big mirror - like behind the door, inside the cabinet, or something. This would really help visually impaired guests who need to get very close to the mirror for shaving or putting on makeup. And it would be nice to be able to see one's entire outfit before leaving the house. The couch/pullout bed is very squeaky and the mattress might need to be updated. We tried following the instructions to open the front door, to the T, but never managed to get it done. Luckily for us all residents seem to be very used to confused looking tourists in front of the house, and will let you in. All in all we were happy with the stay - thank you

AMAZING trip in fantastic accommodation owned by hosts that care greatly!

I organised a trip to Paris and Disneyland Paris as a surprise for my wife for our 10-year wedding anniversary (it was also a surprise to our sons). I had to organise this on a budget so this accommodation was perfect. It saved us a lot of money compared to a Disneyland hotel and was only one train stop from the Disneyland train station. The accommodation is very close to the train station (about a 5 minute walk) and very close to a shopping centre and large supermarket (as we were on a budget we self-catered for most of it). It was also easy to get into Paris on the days we weren't in Disneyland. The area is very quiet as is the building the flat is in, which is great when getting the kids to go to sleep after being 'wired' all day by the razzle dazzle of the park. The hosts are fantastic! They helped me in advance of arrival with very detailed information about how to get from the airport to the accommodation train station after I messaged them for help because I couldn't find a clear answer with internet searches. Very detailed information was given in advance of arrival about how to find the accommodation, how to get in to it (as it was a door code entry this was great not having to meet someone with keys as we arrived late), where to eat out, where the supermarkets are, etc. It was also really nice of the hosts to organise some nice sunny weather for our time in Paris after we were expecting constant rain :D

Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Le logement est fonctionnel pour y passer un court séjour Il est proche de Disney Land, le RER est au bout de la rue, 1 seul station pour y arriver. Tout est bien expliqué par un mail envoyé par le propriétaire.

Nous avons eu du mal à dormir à cause de la VMC, qui est très bruyante, impossible de l'arrêter. Le logement était très froid, le radiateur était éteint, par - 4 dehors il a fallu au moins 2 bonnes heures pour se réchauffer. La table pour manger n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle, une tablette installée en hauteur mais les tabourets ne correspondent pas à la hauteur. Pas pratique du tout. En dehors de cela, le reste était top. Sécurisée et propre c'est le principal. Même si nous aurions aimé dormir après nos journée éreintante à Disneyland, la VMC est vraiment à revoir.

Très pratique car proche de Val d'Europe et de Disneyland.

La table qui s'ouvre serait plus utile avec des tabourets à la bonne hauteur. Même pour manger son petit déjeuner c'est compliqué.

bof, une fois c'est tout !

Emplacement et propreté générale.

Nécessité absolue de disposer d'un smartphone pour rentrer dans le logement, absence totale de clé et ouverture électronique uniquement (quid en cas de panne ?) (ne pas oublier le code !) Absence totale de table pour manger (tablette contre le mur peu pratique et instable, pas adaptée à des enfants), pas de chaises mais des tabourets inconfortables Pas d'espace de rangement des vêtements, pas de penderie pour vestes éventuellement humides ou mouillées ! Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et dans tous les cas pas adaptés pur 4 personnes (poêles et casseroles trop petites). Présence d'un lave-linge mais aucun dispositif prévu pour étendre le linge (se contenter du sèche-serviettes qui ne supporte pas plus de deux t-shirts !) peu de réactivité du gestionnaire (5 demandes de facture avant d'avoir une réponse !).

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento con posizione ottima per visitare Disneyland. Distanza a piedi dalla RER Val d'Europe 250mt. Comodo x 4 persone con il necessario per qualche notte. Silenzioso. Intorno ci sono molti locali per colazione,pranzo/cena e supermercati (ALDI a 300mt). Zona tranquilla anche in tarda notte, di recente costruzione e molto curata.

Ubicación super cerca del RER y equipamiento del apartamento, todo bastante nuevo y limpio

El colchón del sofá cama bastante estropeado. Para dos niños puede estar bien; pero para dos adultos no hemos podido descansar muy bien. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Vicinanza alla RER A

Vicinissimo alla fermata ReR A per Disneyland Paris e semplicissimo raggiungere anche Parigi. Camera ok, c'è l'essenziale se uno cerca semplicemente un appoggio dove dormire. Prezzo ottimo.

Un poco pequeño para los 4. Las indicaciones sobre servicios de un mandaron los propietarios estaban desfasadas, ya existe un nuevo supermercado y panadería más cercanos a los indicados, por lo que hicimos un gran paseo andando a otras tiendas más alejadas 🥲

No es un estudio cómodo

El estudio es muy pequeño, eso ya se ve en el anuncio, pero apenas hay armarios para guardar comida y ropa, lo que al final hace que sea muy incómodo. Pocos utensilios de cocina, sartenes y ollas en muy mal estado, las ollas tenían manchas negras imposibles de lavar, las sartenes con el antiadherente totalmente inservible y el hervidor de agua con restos de alguien que se le ocurrió hervir leche. Las almohadas y colchones son bastante incómodos, sobre todo el sofá cama. Las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento inservibles, no pudimos entrar hasta que no llegó gente y nos abrió el portal. Menos mal que dentro del apartamento había un llavero para abrir la puerta del portal sin códigos. Como parte positiva que está muy cerca de la estación de tren para ir a Disney y con supermercados cercanos.
