Exceptionally convenient and quiet location, highly recommend

Great location on the closest edge of Val d’Europe to Disneyland, a nice walk from the apartment to the gate and to the shopping centre nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re trying to save on spending so much staying in one of the Disneyland Hotels.

Amazing location for Disney

The property was in the best location for visits to Disney. We walked to and from each day in around 15 mins, the walk is safe even at nighttime. The property itself has 3 doors/gates to get through but all very easily explained by host with codes to access and makes you feel very safe. Ubers from the airport are around €53 each way. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Some toiletries were provided like shampoo and shower gel but be aware there is a charge for towels, €7 for 4. Nice balcony and a fan was provided for the warm weather. All furnishings were great, just the sofa bed was a little creaky. The host was very easy to contact and helpful. Deposit was sent easily and returned very quickly to me via PayPal with no problems.

Perfect spot for Disneyland Paris!

Absolutely perfect distance from Disneyland. Easy to walk with clear and well-lit footpaths. Apartment is lovely in a beautiful complex and very clean and tidy.

There is a big deposit you must pay before staying which made us quite nervous to relax in the place in case we did something wrong. The host was very communicative and gave the deposit back quickly.

Beautiful little apartment, close to Disney but quiet, safe and comfortable.

Fabulous location, about 20 mins walk to Disneyland and 5 mins to Val d Europe shopping centre. Exceptionally safe area, very quiet and clean. The balcony was a lovely addition. There is a direct bus to the Disneyland parks two minutes from the apartment but we didn’t use this personally. The train station which goes direct to cdg is approx 15/20 min walk. The host was available to contact any time needed.

No local shop but that’s not the accommodations fault just something to bare in mind before entering the apartment. Nearest place to buy water is about 5 mins.

I do not recommend this place. I have not rated a place this poorly before.

Location to disney was good. Secure building. Bathroom good for 3 people to share.

The apt was listed as having a washer (which I always require when looking at places due to bringing a family). Physically there was a washer in the bathroom (I walked to the grocery to get detergent) but was never informed it was not working-I contacted the owner who informed me THEN it was not working and they were having someone come 2 days after I left to fix this-I asked if there were laundry facilities in building-was informed there were not. In addition, on the initial billings with booking.com, it indicates that there will be a 300 euro deposit fee. I had read in a previous guest negative comment that they were not happy about this. I recieved via WhatsUp the day I was flying (day before arrival) info on 300 euro fee either to be sent direct deposit from my bank or through WhatsUP Due to overnight flight, I received this requested that they use my credit card on file with Booking.com, contacted Booking.com (to make sure this was a legit request-which they said it was and attempted to get on through PayPal-which I had not used since 2009-while quite unhappy, jet lagged and in the CDG airport and had to contact PayPal who were not open for 5 hours (due to time difference). In addition, my bank does not directly transfer money (and it was like 3-4 am as this was trying to be resolved). There only resoluation was Paypal or direct deposit. I had explained to a booking.com representative the situation (receiving message night before, in middle of French airport day of arrival, unable to get into Paypal account, they tried reaching out to the owner and said they were not getting an anwer. Luckly son opened a paypal account then and sent $300. Owners VERY unaccommodating!!! (no addl space for more negative experiences).

La proximité du parc.

L’appartement ne correspond pas du tout aux photos de l’annonce. Certaines zones, comme les lampes (juste au dessus du lit) sont pleines de poussières. Nous ne sommes pas certains que les draps de lit aient été changés avant notre arrivée (odeur et présence de cheveux)(nous avons couvert les oreillers avec des serviettes propres que nous avions apportées. J’avais demandé au propriétaire par message si le nécessaire (essuies mains et vaisselle) était présent dans la cuisine, et je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Il n’y avait même pas de Sopalin. Nous avons donc dû essuyer la vaisselle avec du papier toilette. Les instructions m’ont été communiquées la veille. Le Propriétaire m’a appelée à 21h et pour moi, ce n’est pas du tout une heure convenable. À part des proches, je n’appelle personne après 20 heures. Suite à la rédaction de ce commentaire, je reçois présent des menaces du propriétaire où il me signale qu’il a mon adresse.

Hemos estado a gusto, tranquilos y cerca de los parques Disney.

Está bien situado para ir a los parques Disney a pie, está a 20 minutos caminando por una zona tranquila e iluminada. El apartamento tiene la medida correcta y estaba limpio. La cama muy cómoda y grande.

Le iría bien tener un par de trapos de cocina y unos manteles para mesa. También una escoba, ya que solo hay aspirador. Alguna servilleta de papel también estaría bien.

La zona es bonita y muy conveniente desde Disney. El autobús 2231 te deja muy cerca.

No me gustó nada que me pidieran un deposito de 100 euros a través de PayPal el día de antes de mi entrada al apartamento. Tampoco que me pidieran 7 euros por tener 4 toallas en el apartamento. Es incomprensible, un apartamento debe tener toallas. Todo esto sin avisar en la reserva el día de antes mientras trataba de disfrutar de mi día de vacaciones. La comunicación con el host es confusa. Las fotos no se ajustan al apartamento, por lo menos en mi caso, eran mejores las fotos que la realidad.

L'emplacement. Les explications. La procédure d'arrivée et le départ. La réactivité de l'hôte. Literie dans la chambre. Machine à laver le linge.

Literie dans le coin salon pas confortable. Pas de serviettes de toilettes; ni de torchon à vaisselle ce qui serait indispensable en l'absence de lave vaisselle. Le bruit dans la rue le soir. Manque une bouilloire dans la cuisine et un tapis antidérapant dans le fond de la baignoire.

Parfait

Propriétaire très agréable, très bonne communication et très réactif. Chouette petit studio agréable et très propre. Boulangerie à 200m, centre commercial et parc disney proche. Par beau temps, on peut même s'y rendre à pied. Je conseille vivement ce logement. La caution a été remboursée rapidement.

Les rideaux de la pièce de séjour pas assez occultant pour l'intimité du soir lorsque l'appartement est éclairé et pour dormir dans le divan lit (surtout pour les enfants)
