Perfect for Disney, amazing shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

Fantastic location to both Disney, shopping centre and restaurants. We walked easily to and from Disney with an 11 and 12 year old, then enjoyed fantastic food from nearby restaurants. Each morning we visited the bakery a stones throw away which delicious coffee, pastries and baguettes. I highly recommend as 100x better than Disney food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Has potential to be a great place to stay but some simple changes needed.

Fantastic location. Not sure there can be many apartments closer to Disney than this. Right by bus stop for those who are not keen on the 20 minute walk. Competitively priced and clean. Beds were comfortable. Deposit returned promptly after we left. This could be a great place to stay if a few simple fixes are made. I’ve given some suggestions for improvement not to be hyper critical but in the hope the host takes this feedback constructively and makes changes for future guests.

We didn’t have control over the heat and unfortunately we were cold most of the time. The heat programme needs to be changed significantly for stays in the winter. We had to close the shutters to try and preserve heat! Real shame. There was a missing key meaning we couldn’t access the underground car park from inside the apartment block and so to access our car we had to walk down the ramp meant for vehicles. The pillows were really not usable - we had to go to Auchan to buy some new ones. (This has been mentioned by a previous guest) Communication problems with host created some stress. Wrong mobile number listed on booking. The arrival instructions included the wrong code for the outer gate. We found it hard to resolve this as there was limited mobile internet service when stood outside the apartment so ringing the host was difficult There are some really useful photographic instructions but frustratingly we were only sent these after arrival and could only download these AFTER we had already accessed the apartment and connected to the WiFi. Please can arrival instructions be checked for accuracy and sent in their complete format in advance to avoid stressful arrival for guests who may not be able to easily contact the host. Need to fix the kitchen worktop trim. Think it’s been glued once already but needs a further attempt

Location was great. Felt very safe. It was lovely and clean. Great location to the mall and restaurants. 15-20 minute walk to Disney. Host was very attentive

The heating was inconsistent. It's probably best if you let the host know when you are going to be returning as he controls the heat. When we asked, he turned it up and it was lovely and warm.

The apartment is a perfect location with a shopping mall close by and about 15 mins walk from Disney & 20 mins from train station. Some advice for other guests, if you are planning to get the bus back to the apartment from Disney use the station by five guys then its 2 stops on the 2234.

Overcomplicated check in procedure

Spacious, comfortable appartment.

Too complicated to get inside the appartment ! I had to give a deposit via paypal, send an ID card. Then once every thing was in order, I had to call the host to get the code for the lock box. This was complicated since the host did want to communicate the code by message, did not respond to his phone the first few times, and I was only partially available on my part since I was in Disneyland rides. (and my phone battery was running out...) We got the code rather at the last minutes which was uselessly stressful.

Eurodisney weekend trip

The location was close to Eurodisney and a shopping mall, also bus stops.

The code to get into the apartment without the key didn't work, and we had to wait for someone to let us in to retrieve the keys from the locker. Once retrieved, use the fob and codes to get into the apartment. The entrance is to the right if the locker.

Exceptional

If you plan to visit Disneyland Paris, this is the best place you can stay; the Shuttle service is just 2 min from the building door. If you want to walk it is only 15 min. The apartment is in great condition, with spacious parking.

The place was in a great location for Disneyland and Aquarium for the kids, that's it.

So I have been on booking for more then 10 years with 0 problems ever, and this apartment (note that it is newly listed) and from 2 reviews already - 1 is pretty similar complaint to ours, so be aware of this host. Firstly, we made a booking for 4 persons - 2 adults and 2 kids, but on arrival we had to make the sofa bed for our kids on our own. Secondly, I was asked to pay a deposit of 300EUR on Paypal. Ok, did that without problems, but it was never returned unless I did a review and good comment on Booking.com. As I wanted to back my deposit, I did a review (also mentioning in the review to be aware that 300 EUR will not be returned unless a comment is done on site). And after my comment, everything started... The host sent pictures where the fork was left on table, candles in a different place etc. (as our kids moved stuff and never put back) and a full trash can and said that we have left the apartment in a complete mess , so we need to pay extra for cleaning services (60 EUR!! and since when taking out trash isn't included in price??) and also that we have ruined the sofa that is why I will not get back my deposit of 300 EUR (pretty similar to the other review here on Booking.com - a made up story not to pay back deposit). After reporting the host to Booking.com and PayPal, we got a response that we have done damages to the sofa in amount of 900 EUR, so now I still need to pay him 600 EUR. I will not pay for anything we haven't done. Kids slept in the sofa and maximum that could be spilled there is water that kids drink and should dry out in time (host said that it is wine). Host never provided pictures with sofa before and after (as also in the booking.com listed picture the sofa doesn't look new/not stained). And the calculation of 900 EUR is out of the blue. I havent seen any estimation or evaluation from a professional. This is such an unbelievable situation how host blames guests in something and then keeps the deposit.

La ubicación es perfecta si vas a disney. La limpieza 10. El apartamento es perfecto tenía todo lo necesario. Incluso tienes tu propia plaza de aparcamiento.

Es la primera vez que en un alojamiento me piden pagar por las toallas. Se supone que eso es un servicio básico en un alojamiento. Y en el baño solo había un papel higiénico, tuve que comprarlo yo también. Y en la cocina solo había un cuchillo para cortar las cosas y no cortaba bien.

Bien mais dommage pour le chauffage!

La localisation de l’établissement est top

Il fessait froid ! Un chauffage réglé à 17.5 le premier jour, malgré notre demande d’augmenter le chauffage, la seconde nuit il était toujours à 17.5 alors que l’hôtes m’a dit qu’il avait changé les réglages. Point important supplémentaire, l’hôte a demandé une caution, le jour J de 100 €. Qu’il faut faire immédiatement en virement instantané (ce qui m’a engendré des couts). À noter que cela fait deux jour que je suis partie de l’appartement et je n’ai toujours pas reçu la restitution de la caution, je pense qu’elle arriveras d’ici peu, j espère … Donc bien prévoir cette somme afin de pouvoir lui faire un virement.

Une location très agréable et proche de disney

La location est placée dans un beau quartier et est très agréable. Le logement est propre et spacieux. Il est à proximité de Disney, ce qui a été parfait pour nous. Les explications du propriétaire sont exhaustives (récupération des clés de la location etc), il se montre très agréable et se tient à disposition pour toute explication supplémentaire. Je recommande vivement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un peu de bruits des voisins et des voitures, mais pour une location de ce type c'est largement supportable

L’hôte se permet de refuser des client qui ont payé et les oblige à annuler leur réservation. Et une fois que j'ai contacté le service client Booking.com, il a enfin accepté de me recevoir mais j'avais déjà réservé autre chose et il a refuser d'annuler la réservation sans frais. Je ne trouve pas cela correct surtout quand c'est l’hôte qui refuse les clients.
