The location was great, next to Aldi and some lovely places to eat. Very convenient for Disney.. place was very secure, lovely apartment with everything we needed other than smoke alarm.
The battery in the smoke alarm wasn't working, low shower pressure, accessing the door via an app was not something I'd done before and I had to call to gain entry.

I personally had an issue with Nuki but this is more an error on my side rather than an issue with the property. However, the details on how to get into the property were amazing, so easy and so much details definitely the best I've received.
Basic accommodation but this was as expected, however, there was a lot more storage than I expected in bedroom and clean which is always a huge bonus in my books.
Little few extras in the kitchen like tinfoil, some oil, seasonings which are great if you're planning to do some cooking.
Separate toilet from bathroom, but this is a plus if you are more than two as the bath/shower is off the bedroom.
Great location easy walking distance to RER A and one stop to Disney - go out Montverain exit as quicker route. Although only steps this end so if carrying luggage go out other way. Only adds on a few minutes.
As a lone woman I felt safe walking in the area, is quiet location but with shops in local area, including Auchan and Lidl next door and a local bakers
Shower was fine, but you have to hold the shower head as no holder to put it into - not a deal breaker though. I personally would prefer a set of keys rather than using phone for access but that's because I'm more of a technophobe!

Proche de Disney. Parking et facile pour se garer.

Lit qui grince dès qu'on bouge. Lit pas confortable du tout.
Le canapé n'est pas confortable du tout pour s'asseoir.
Pour dormir, ça peut aller pour des enfants, mais pour des adultes, ce n' est pas confortable et les lattes ne résisteront sûrement pas.
Nous n'avons pas eu de lumières dans le salon salle a manger durant notre séjour de 8 jours. Ils ont dit qu'une personne interviendrait mais ce n' est pas arrivé. On était dans le noir et on a utilisé la lumière du coin cuisine.
Pour l'arrivée, on n'avait pas reçu le mail pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée. J'avais envoyé un message à ce sujet la veille mais je n'avais eu aucune réponse. On a dû appeler booking en anglais pour réussir à contacter le propriétaire qui ne répondait a aucun message.
L'appartement n'est pas très cher pour le secteur et a un parking. C'est pour ça que j'ai mis 6 comme note. Et j'ai détaillé les problème.
Tout dépend des priorités de chacun.
