Great accommodation, you get what you pay for, perfect location and I would definitely stay again

I personally had an issue with Nuki but this is more an error on my side rather than an issue with the property. However, the details on how to get into the property were amazing, so easy and so much details definitely the best I've received. Basic accommodation but this was as expected, however, there was a lot more storage than I expected in bedroom and clean which is always a huge bonus in my books. Little few extras in the kitchen like tinfoil, some oil, seasonings which are great if you're planning to do some cooking. Separate toilet from bathroom, but this is a plus if you are more than two as the bath/shower is off the bedroom. Great location easy walking distance to RER A and one stop to Disney - go out Montverain exit as quicker route. Although only steps this end so if carrying luggage go out other way. Only adds on a few minutes. As a lone woman I felt safe walking in the area, is quiet location but with shops in local area, including Auchan and Lidl next door and a local bakers

Shower was fine, but you have to hold the shower head as no holder to put it into - not a deal breaker though. I personally would prefer a set of keys rather than using phone for access but that's because I'm more of a technophobe!

Would rather just stay in local hotel to get proper amenities

Easy to get to Disneyland and good bakery nearby. Easy check in and got into the property quickly. Kitchen seems to have good utilities, however did not use them.

Bed was really uncomfortable and gave me a bad back for a couple of weeks afterwards. TV did not work properly, may have just been batteries in the remote. Wi-Fi was not working.

Very nice little place

Apartment was spacious and nicely located. Everything was well explained for the keys etc. Quiet neighbourhood with the safe parking space was a plus.

The only issue we had with the accommodation was the shower head. It had very weak pressure, when my boyfriend held it up to his face the water would stop coming out, as the pressure was so low. This can be quite a struggle if you spend all day at Disneyland. Thankfully it's a bath so there's still some space to manage around this issue.

Lovely little apartment close to Disneyland Paris

The property was well equipped, clean and tidy. It was located close to the supermarket and within walking distance to the train station. The price for the stay was very reasonable and the owner was very friendly and helpful with any queries. The on site parking was secure and very useful.

We noticed that the inside of the building the apartment was dated, there was peeling wallpaper in the hallway before we reached our apartment (obviously this is not the owners fault at all) I noticed that the bed was noisy.

Horrible place, and horrible owner

We informed the owner, that we will come late. This information was approved by the owner. We received very complicated instruction in french how to get to the apartment. The apartment door opens via Nuki aplication, which did not work, because there is no LTE or 5G internet in the building. We were calling the owner, but he did not pick up. He started to send us masseges in french, which we do not speak, and he new about it. We spent there more then 1 hour to try open the door. Finally they did not open. It was late, our kids were crying, we had to find another place to sleep. Payment was in advence one week before arrival. Eventhough we were not able to open the door, the owner did not give back our money and canceled the reservation with reason, that we did not show up, which is obviously a lie. They did not even apologise for this situation. I was sitting with crying kids at the stairs at night. By the way the stairway looks horrible. There are holes on the ceeling and wallpaper fall off the walls. It smells like vomit. I really not recomend it.

Fantastic stay

Local area was safe and apartment very secure. Checking in using the nuki app was easy along with easy check out. Pre ordered taxi to and from airport direct with accommodation which was excellent and fantastic communication with the host. An overall fantastic trip and would definitely stay here again for a return trip with my family it was a complete pleasure

Great apartment near Disneyland Paris and Val d'Europe train station

Very nice apartment in Montévrain near Disneyland, we stayed for four days and really liked our stay. The RER-station "Val d'Europe" is only a few minutes walk-distance away and you need a bit more than half an hour to reach Paris city center. Disneyland Paris is reachable in around 20 minutes by foot. The apartment has it's own private garage, which is very useful because you don't have to look around for an empty space outside. Concerning the access to the apartment via the Nuki-Lock-Remote App: You should note that this could maybe be a problem for older people that are not really used to technical devices. I had absolutely no problem with setting up the app and "UNLOCKING" the door. But after unlocking it I could not immediately find how to "OPEN" it. And that's the advice I want to write down: -> You shoud have Bluetooth turned on. After pressing the option "unlock" you will hear the lock turn in the door but the door stays closed. Then you should again press the circle in the middle of the screen to see available options and you will only see the options "lock and unlock" first BUT then you should "SCROLL DOWN" to find the option "OPEN THE DOOR". In my opinion this is a very bad ux-interface design because even for me (as a computer expert) I had to search a few minutes for it. Oh, and you should set up the application with the access code you get from the host BEFORE your arrival. (There is no cell coverage in the hall, so you will have to get out again to set it up!) But besides that it's a good working keyless-system. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need with your own kitchen, like it's shown in the pictures. I think you get a good accomodation for a fair price, there is nothing to complain about, we would definitely book again! The neighbourhood is also really nice, calm and not too crowdy. The apartment is pet friendly.

The access system for the door may be too complicated for someone who is not used to smart devices or technically not experienced. (For me it was not a problem) There is a slight animal-smell on the first floor (outside the apartment) like other people already wrote. As a dog owner myself this did not disturb me but I can understand if someone does not like it. But inside the apartment it was very clean and it was smelling good.

The apartment is cosy, clean and bright. It has everything you would need. Perfect location. The host is very helpful. We were on a family holiday to disneyland. We had a great stay.. There are three supermarkets on a walking distance and one is next door.. RER station is 5 mins away.

A pleasure in the end.

The location was excellent for Disney and also the restaurants close by and Aldi store next door was a real bonus to buy breakfast and a picnic to take into Disney. The room was clean and tidy.

The phone app to unlock the door did not work and we were stuck outside the apartment for an hour after a long flight with small children. The neighbours tried to help and even phoned the host for us which was made difficult as there is no phone signal in the building. The neighbours were excellent and said this was not the first time this had happened. A different system for the keys is needed which would make this an excellent place to stay.

Highly recommend this property for families it’s the perfect location and beautiful.

Great place for Disneyland vacation rental. Comfortable and spacious.

Location was great. It was near the outlet and mall and just about 20 mins to Disneyland by bus. Love that it had washer and dryer and a super huge and clean toilet.

With there was indoor slippers that would complement the house as walking around with socks is cold.

Lit qui grince dès qu'on bouge. Lit pas confortable du tout. Le canapé n'est pas confortable du tout pour s'asseoir. Pour dormir, ça peut aller pour des enfants, mais pour des adultes, ce n' est pas confortable et les lattes ne résisteront sûrement pas. Nous n'avons pas eu de lumières dans le salon salle a manger durant notre séjour de 8 jours. Ils ont dit qu'une personne interviendrait mais ce n' est pas arrivé. On était dans le noir et on a utilisé la lumière du coin cuisine. Pour l'arrivée, on n'avait pas reçu le mail pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée. J'avais envoyé un message à ce sujet la veille mais je n'avais eu aucune réponse. On a dû appeler booking en anglais pour réussir à contacter le propriétaire qui ne répondait a aucun message. L'appartement n'est pas très cher pour le secteur et a un parking. C'est pour ça que j'ai mis 6 comme note. Et j'ai détaillé les problème. Tout dépend des priorités de chacun.

Tavoletta water rotta, pulsante per lo sciacquone rotto, maniglia soggiorno rotta. Ho avuto bisogno dell’assistenza appena trovato perché la serratura non si apriva, la struttura non ha risposto alle mie chiamate nè ha richiamato dopo averle viste. Sono stato fuori un’ora prima che il problema si risolvesse da solo.

Top locatie. Vanuit hier ben je binnen 20 min in Disney. Het was netjes. Supermarkt om de hoek. Als de bedden vervangen worden zou ik hier zeker weer naar toe gaan.

De bedden mogen wel vervangen worden zowel in de slaapkamer als de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Waterkoker ontbrak en extra handdoeken.

Bloedvlekken op het matras, lattenbodem kapot, matras kapot, droger ontbrak (wel op de foto van advertentie), balkondeur klink met plakband vast, toiletdeur klemt, haren op de vloer en in bad. Je kan als een echte PAX beter een bivi bag met luchtbed meenemen (als je geluk hebt een veldbed) en van je bontje een kussen maken. In het veld is het nog hygiënischer als het bed wat beschikbaar wordt gesteld.

apartamento correcto

La ubicación perfecta. a 10 minutos o menos andando al tren que está a una parada de Disney y ese mismo tren en sentido contrario te lleva directo al centro de París. Justo a la salida del apartamento hay un Aldi, para comprar ideal, tienen todo lo necesario. Esta bien equipado con frigorifico, horno, microhondas... la vitroceramica no la utilicé. En una habitación (aseo) está el inhodoro y en otra está la ducha y lavabo que al princio se hace raro pero luego tiene muchas ventajas. En general calidad precio bien.

La cama de matrimonio. El colchón no es que sea incòmodo (blando o duro) ESTÁ DEFROMADO. Terminó hace mucho tiempo su vida útil. Duermes porque por la noche llegas destrozado y puedes dormir hasta en la bañera si fuera necesario jaja. Volvería a alojarme en este apartamento si cambiaran el colchón. La tv no fuimos capaz de ponerla, pero es algo secundario.

Uitstekende ligging, prima twee-persoonskamer.

De ligging is op 10 minuten lopen van het treinstation. 1 halte naar Disneyland en een rechtstreekse verbinding met Parijs. Prima tweepersoonsbed. De binnenkomst gaat via een app en codes, maar dat wordt goed uitgelegd.

De communicatie vooraf verliep wat moeizaam en onpersoonlijk. Er zouden kaarten voor Disneyland beschikbaar zijn, maar op vragen werd slecht gereageerd. Er kwam in de prive chat met de host zelfs een spam bericht door van een oplichter met een onveilige link om geld over te maken. Voor meer dan 2 personen moet je de slaapbank in elkaar zetten. Dat was even puzzelen.

Ondergrondse garage inbegrepen. Pluspunt in deze streek met veel autodiefstallen.

Licht in wc kapot, geen handdoek in de keuken, beddegoed aan de oude kant. Sleutels ophalen met app niet super, kreeg eerst foutmelding dat motor geblokkeerd was (slot opent met kleine motor via app).
