Excellent apartment

Excellent location, arrival well organised, apartment well equipped and lovely restaurant just across the street. Small shop directly opposite for basics like milk and bread

2nd bed wasn't made up, so we had to do this on arrival, but there was linen and bedding available

Great property for a short visit to Disney.

It had everything we needed for the two nights whilst visiting Disney. It was only 10 minutes to the Disney park which was great. There were shops close by and secure parking.

In the block across the road there were groups of loud teenagers who were out very late into the night and we could hear them in the apartment.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

empfehlenswert! Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal für ein Pärchen oder eine Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohn-/Küchenbereich, was perfekt aufgeteilt ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend – man kann sogar das Feuerwerk vom Disneyland etwas sehen. Busverbindungen befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend an der Straße oder vom Vermieter auf Hof was 24/7 Video bewacht wird - wo auch die Rezeption vorhanden ist. Der Inhaber/Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet extrem schnell auf Nachrichten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach der Hammer. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen!

Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Im Wohnzimmer hat es an der Balkontür etwas gezogen, wodurch Kälte hereinkam. Dadurch war es Ende Dezember zeitweise recht kühl in der Wohnung. Eventuell sollte hier eine neue Dichtung an der Balkontür angebracht werden.

Pour avoir accès à l’appartement, il faut d’abord passer chez un Garde qui est dans la résidence à côté , le soir c’est pas cool, si ont rentre tard pas rassurant et le stationnement est au même endroit que le Garde donc vous devez prendre vos valises vos affaires pour pouvoir vous rendre à l’appartement donc c’est-à-dire ressortir de la résidence où il y a le Garde pour pouvoir vous rendre à l’appartement

Appart parfait à proximité de disneyland

Parking securisé, facilité de récupération des clés auprès de la réception. Le logement est sécurisé , très bien aménagé , propre et fonctionnel. Pas de bruit la nuit nous avons apprécié

Bona opció a bon preu a 8 minuts en cotxe de Disney

Es tracta d'un conjunt residencial molt a prop de Disneyland Paris. Ideal per dormir el dia de sortida de Disney per seguir ruta l'endemà. Pàrquing en lloc tancat al costat de recepció 24. Entorn bonic i segur.

El pàrquing es troba a la urbanització just del costat de l'edifici on es troba l'apartament, on hi ha la recepció on et donen les claus. Per tant, has de sortir al carrer i anar caminant fins l'edifici següent que també té pàrquing. No es que sigui un gran inconvenient però crea una mica de confusió, sobretot quan arribes tard.

Struttura a 10 min da Disneyland Paris raggiungibile con un uber ad una cifra super onesta! L appartamento fa parte di un complesso circondato da verde e vicino a tutti i servizi (farmacia, ristorante, alimentari, forno e pizzeria); pulito ed accogliente; decorato come da foto

Lasciando stare il fatto che in Francia nessuno ha il bidet, magari il piccolo bagno wc (perfettamente diviso dalla zona lavandino vasca) avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata per renderlo a pari del resto dell’appartamento che è molto curato e tutto nuovo

Staff poco accogliente non ci hanno mostrato nemmeno la strada che dovevamo fare per raggiungere il nostro appartamento. Addirittura prima di trovare la reception per prendere la chiave uno dello staff con tutto che ho mostrato prenotazione della struttura ci ha portato in un altro albergo assurdo.Aria condizionata zero. Esperienza da non rifare assolutamente

Situé très proche de disneyland. Appartement propres et parfaitement équipé. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Parfaite alternative aux hôtels disney aux prix exorbitants.

La remise des clés se fait a la réception se trouvant dans le bâtiment voisin. Pas forcément le plus pratique, mais le propriétaire s'est montré très disponible lorsque je lui ai téléphoné pour plus d'informations.

Wenn wieder ins Disneyland dann definitiv diese Unterkunft

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sofort herzlich empfangen und in unser Appartement begleitet. Dies war in einem super sauberen Zustand! Es war mehr Inventar vorhanden als wir dachten. Es standen z.B. Bonbons auf dem Tisch, für die Kaffeemaschine waren Pads vorhanden sowie Teebeutel. Sowohl das Bett als auch die Schlafcouch waren gemütlich! Mit der 2233 fährt man 26 min für 2,50 Euro ins Disneyland ! Von unserem Appartement (König der Löwen) konnten wir abends sogar die Spitze vom Feuerwerk aus dem Disneyland sehen.

Appartement bien agencé, confortable et propre, au calme. Seul bémol : parking compliqué, clef à récupérer dans un autre endroit... Proche de Disneyland, bon rapport qualité prix !

Le parking n’est pas au pied du logement. Nous avons dû marcher (un peu) dans la rue, la nuit, chargés de nos bagages. C’est un peu dommage.

Soluzione perfetta per soggiorni brevi a disneyland

La struttura è molto carina, arredata bene (carina per i bimbi!), essenziale ma con tutto a disposizione. Molto pulita. Servizi ottimi con anche caffè, biancheria, e saponi a disposizione. A quel prezzo e a 10 minuti da disney super consigliata.

Non molto immediato ritirare la chiave nella palazzina a 100 metri con i vari codici, siamo arrivati di notte con i bimbi e il freedo ed è stato complesso, ma di giorno sicuramente un’altra cosa.
