Well located for Exmouth and surrounding area. The key facilities were easy to use. The view of the marina and activities are fascinating to watch. Everything we needed was in the flat, and it's adjacent to the Beach Pub. Correspondence with the owners was good with prompt replies, and a minor issue resolved quickly
