An exceptional base for a memorable break.

Exceptional. The apartment is lovely and in a superb location. It is immaculately furnished and appointed with everything needed for a relaxing, restful and memorable visit to East Devon. The owner could not be more helpful and thoughtful with the fresh flowers, bottle of wine and cookies most appreciated on arrival. The marina and seafront location makes for lovely evening walks, and the fine fish restaurant just 30 yards from the apartment door is convenient to say the very least. The centre of Exmouth is an easy walk with its handy rail links into Exeter, Torbay and beyond, and buses for the Jurassic coast. Many thanks again for a wonderful winter cob web removal.

Lovely appointed apartment

Lovely apartment, loved the underfloor heating, dried my dry-robe beautifully after getting soaked to the skin at parkrun. Kitchen facilities great as were the bathroom and sleeping areas. Lovely touch with some liquid refreshments found in the fridge.

Flat by the sea.

Perfect location with restaurants and bars close at hand. Situated by the shore the rear of the property overlooks the sea. It is November so during the summer months the view will be spectacular.

I don't like key safes. This is because I'm 78 and find the numbers dificult to see and position.

A wonderful stay in a spotless apartment with an amazing host, perfect location, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Julie was a wonderful host — so friendly and helpful. My dad stayed for four nights and I joined him for one, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The communication was excellent — we received clear emails and a phone call beforehand with all the details about parking, key safe instructions, and local tips. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t be better, right by the water with lovely views and easy access to everything in Exmouth. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touch — a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival! Highly recommend staying here — we’d definitely come back.

The location was fantastic, we walked every way, the apartment was really clean and bright. the beds were super comfy. It had every think you could ask for in a self contained apartment.

Clean, comfortable, perfect!

The property is very clean, comfortable and ideal for small families/ two couples. Julie the host is very accommodating and nothings too much trouble. Beds are really comfortable and everything you need is there even down to the dishwasher tablets! You have your own parking space and lots of restaurants around to choose from. We had a lovely relaxing holiday here and hope to return again soon.

Lovely time in Exmouth, great restaurants, loved the concerts at the Pavilion, easy access to Exeter

Excellent location near the sea and close to the town centre and amenities, great for buying supplies and browsing. Flat was very quiet, no sound from other residents, and although it is close to a pub we weren't disturbed by any noise which was really good. Excellent restaurants nearby. Great to have parking on site.

Everything was perfect for us on our last visit and it hasn't changed.

In addition to the outstanding quality of the accommodation with its allocated free parking space, the main benefit was location. Restaurants and varied eateries are close by with the centre of Exmouth only a level 20 minute walk away. A busy area but surprisingly quiet at night. Cruises and local ferries are all located here at the point.

A perfect location and fabulous apartment to stay in, Exmouth is a lovely place to stay.

The apartment is beautifully and tastefully presented. Great to have a parking space so close by. All the thoughtful extras were a welcome surprise and a lift to the first floor was good for my elderly parents. Will definitely return in the summer.

Peaceful weekend away in a delightful apartment close to the beach and town centre! Perfect!

The entire flat was comfortable and amazing. The location was ideal. The communication from the host was excellent. The apartment was very clean, easy to access and very well equipped. The milk and welcome bottle of Prosecco on arrival were a great touch. Thank You!

The flat is stunning. Everything you could possibly require is provided. Contact with the host was exceptional. The allocated parking space is adjacent to the property. Well marked, there were never any issues with its use. The underfloor heating in February is a thing of beauty

Perfect apartment for a short stay

The apartment is very well located and we were able to walk to restaurants which was really good after a long drive. The beds have great linen and are comfortable. The living room is warm and cozy with a good tv, which worked well for us in the wintry weather during our visit. Julie was super friendly, and the instructions for arrival were exceptionally good. The apartment is very high quality and the kitchen has nice crockery and glasses. It was a lovely touch having a welcoming bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. There were teabags too! We were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The underfloor heating is lovely!

It is a shame the apartment doesn’t face the sea!

It was warm and welcoming. Milk, tea, coffee, sugar and condiments all there and even a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift. Energy and wi-fi included at no extra cost. An allocated parking space (included).

Really enjoyed our short stay in this lovely apartment on our first visit to Exmouth.

Fantastic location on The Point. Lovely restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk (e.g. The Point, Rockfish, The Grove). 10 minutes walk to the train station (next to M&S Food) with regular trains to Exeter & beyond. The apartment was very comfortable with comfortable beds, nice bedding & towels. Everything provided was good quality. Julie, our host, was very friendly and let us store our luggage as our return flight wasn't until late afternoon.

Could do with some blinds or voiles in the lounge as it is overlooked from the apartments opposite.
