Fantastic apartment in a great location - will stay here again

The location is perfect - centrally located within easy walking of everything you'd want, including the seafront, station, shops, restaurants, bars and a park. The apartment is boutique standard - beautifully presented, very well equipped and very comfortable beds. Everything you'd want for a week's stay - absolutely loved our visit.

There was nothing that we didn't like, but the garage access is tight (even for our older saloon) and ideally you need someone watching, both for your clearance on both sides and for any traffic as it's on a corner.

Lovely Apartment

The property was wonderful, We both loved this property, bedding etc... and it was nice for a change to have plenty of cutlery, glasses and crockery. The weather wasn't great, so we really appreciated being in this property and not treading on each other's toes! 10/10

The only negative was the key safe was a bit fiddley and the garage was tight to go through the garage door but once in it was a large garage - we have a Q5 and had to fold the mirrors in. However, having somewhere safe to park your car is a big bonus!

A great property in a lovely location

Beautiful property in a great location and very comfortable. The property is in excellent condition and looks to have been decorated recently. The garage is handy for parking and the beach is a very short walk. Kitchen is very well equipped but if you fancy eating out you have lots of choice on the doorstep.

We loved our short 4 night stay in Exmouth.

It is a superb 3 storey apartment in a converted church we all loved it. It is very well equipped and newly decorated throughout .It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as their is a lot of stairs to climb. it is in a very good location not far from shops and sea front. It has a very handy garage for 1 car.

We struggled a bit with the up and over garage door lock it could do with some oil.
