About this apartment rental
You have the whole flat to yourselves, which is the lower ground floor of a double fronted Georgian town house. A large square footage with a spacious hallway entrance with a bench and plenty of hanging space for outdoor clothing. Off the hall is a spacious sitting room, a restful room with plenty of comfy seats for the 6 guests to relax in with a large wall mounted T.V.
The front bedroom has a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, full length mirror and 2 bedside tables with USB chargers each, there is plenty of space for the desk and chair too.
The 2nd bedroom has a superking bed that can be separated into 2 singles if needed, a wardrobe chest of draws, 2 bedside tables with USB connectors and a full length mirror.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 standard single beds, bedside table with USB chargers, wardrobe with draws in and a chair. All the bedrooms have wall mounted T.V's.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, underfloor heating and a large heated towel rail.
the kitchen/dining room has plenty of room for a 6 seater table and chairs, it has everything you need including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, fan oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine and a cosy corner for an easy chair. We also have a room with a toilet and wash sink. The laundry room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer and still lots of space to dry clothes out in. Just outside the back door is a quaint fenced garden paved area.
To access the flat we have 9 gentle steps down a well lit outdoor area to hang wetsuits, wash sandy feet and paws and store any beach kit in.
We have very good Wifi.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.
Parking is free on The Beacon and neighbouring roads. There are double yellows right outside the flat making it easy to offload any bags. Nearby weekly and overnight parking are also available, just message for more info.
Located on a historical Georgian terrace street gives guests access to a large grassed area in front of the property where you can watch the sun set and the estuary flow.
