Lovely place directly across from the sea. The place was clean and everything was as new.
I didn't mind the firm beds but some of the party would have preferred them softer. (Minor issue compared to what you get)

Excellent location across the road from the sea. Beach and facilities short walk away. House is clean and comfortable spread out over three floors. Nice balcony on first floor overlooking the sea. Host friendly and informative and lovely touch to have a welcome cream tea on arrival.
Some of the beds are a little on the hard side. Only one oven tray didn't work for feeding family of five. Just niggles - didn't spoil our holiday.

Location excellent
Parking was a bit misleading. Information said parking on side but there is one garage which will only take a small car, if more than one family were staying this would have been misleading. There is parking over the road, at £7 for 24 hours and this should have been mentioned.
