Great property for friends or groups to stay and enjoy the city. We've stayed a few times in Belfast and always booked multiple properties, but will use this one in future! Everyone had their own room, plenty of seating for food and two showers so we never had to wait around. Access was easy as well.
The location isn't in the best area of town. Having been to Belfast before, we knew where to avoid, but just as a warning for new travellers - take taxi's in the nighttime. Daytime is fine!

Conveniently located with plenty of bedrooms for larger groups. Clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay.
The location was quite noisy due to heavy traffic, and being close to the hospital meant ambulances could often be heard. Parking was challenging during the day, but it became much easier after 4 p.m.

location ok
the landlord last miniute asked for £200 deposit cash or bank transfer ,deposit I understand but not last miniute and I told the landlord we pay cash but the landlord did not turn up , also the 3rd floor single bedroom
had some kind ceiling matreial fall off on the day after we had arrived .
Check house rules before booking ,we did smoke outside the property but look like is not ALLOW .
