Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 120 m² duplex flat for rent in Saint-Ouen, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with an opening onto the lounge, including a TV, a double sofa bed, an armchair and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, access to terrace
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 74m2 south-west-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
