About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Asnières-sur-Seine, this charming duplex of a surface of 93 m ² and being able to accommodate to 8 travelers. Located on the 10th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace not overlooked. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The east-facing apartment is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 30 m² with connected TV (Free subscription channels from all over the world - Including Cinema - Sport, Information), Wifi (optical fiber), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Exterior:
- A terrace of about 10 m² with furniture (table, two chairs and two deckchairs) to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Asnières-sur-Seine in the 1st ring of Paris, in a very pleasant environment in a booming neighborhood. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- Stroll in the many parks of the district: Parc Bécon, Parc Planchette, Parc de l'île de la Jatte...
- Museums : Renault Museum, Cité de la céramique, Museum of the 30's.
- Discovery of the Pavillion des Indes, the Tour aux Figures.
- Visit the Fondation Louis Vuitton or the Château d'Asnières.
- Visit of the must-see places of the capital at 15 minutes: Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Coeur Basilica, Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame...
- Zoological Park, National Gallery, Opera, Cinema...

- You can park directly in the basement parking (2 numbered and private spaces including one space for disabled access).
