Es muy limpio y lindo
El ascensor estaba malogrado y está en quinto piso y no pude regular el agua entre frío y caliente

3eme étage avec ascenseur. Très lumineux et spacieux.
Stationnement très compliqué. Il serait judicieux et très appréciable d'avoir des informations complètes concernant le stationnement : tarifs et règlementations en vigueur.. Rue à forte circulation automobile.

La proximité des transports et du centre. Grand appart donc bien pour les groupes mais une partie doit dormir dans le salon où il n'y a pas assez de rideaux.
L'appart est basique, vieillot et pas très propre. Manque de lumières. Cuisine peu équipée, pas de machine à café et odeur de moisi. Communication difficile bien que agréable. 200€ à verser par virement comme garantie sans quoi on ne reçoit pas le code pour récupérer les clés. Animaux payants (alors que mentionné gratuit dans l'annonce).
