The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a great location with the added bonus of parking. Communication and instructions from Jenny were great and her guide was extremely useful.

Great location, clean property, great communication with the owner, lovely touch having a little welcome gift. Great location walks. We had everything we needed for a family Christmas break.
Everything was great, if being very fussy, a non slip mat in the bath would have been a good idea for young children.

This property was much more spacious than we were expecting. It was clean, warm, cosy and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great for exploring Lynton and further afield.
There was nothing we could improve on.

Well located for all amenities and private parking was an added bonus
A step stool to reach the high cupboards in the kitchen and the door to the outside back space did not seem to want to open
