Lovely time in Lynton
Period property in a fabulous location. Generous amenities including home made brownies, milk, tea & coffee, fresh flowers etc. Heating is super effective and wood burning stove was excellent. Great layout. House was clean and well presented and ideal for my family. Host clearly cares about their guests.
Some investment would make a good property great. Double mattress in top floor bedroom would benefit from being replaced, lounge furniture aged. Some maintenance jobs needing done. This said it's worth noting we had a super time and absolutely would return. Price paid does reflect good value.
