Lisbon's Heart Apartments

Pros: - Location was wonderful if you want to be in the heart of touristy Lisbon. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, the river is 5 minute walk away, lots of stores and restaurants and really just in the hustle and bustle of the area. If you want to stay away from very touristy restaurants and events, this may not be the ideal location. - Communication with the property management team was excellent and prompt. - Apartment itself had a nice open concept which made gathering for dinner with multiple families (staying in separate apartments) ideal.

Cons: - "Amenities" were completely lacking. We stayed for 8 days and while I don't expect amenities for our entire stay, having basic apartment essentials would have been nice. The apartment had 1 knife, just one, for a family of 5.along with sheet-thin towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper. A "welcome basket" contained 6 coffee pods and nothing else. - Cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. There was a used sponge left in the sink for our use that looked about 8 weeks too old, the floors were dirty (my 2 year old daughter played with playdoh on the floor and after a few minutes it was covered in hair, none of which was our hair which is gross), and the bathrooms had a serious sewer smell (which may be due more to the age of the building). - Instructions on where to throw trash was confusing especially for foreigners who don't understand that you just bring bags of trash down and leave them by public trash cans on the street (at least that what we did as instructions were not clear).

Its bang in the center of where Lisbon is buzzing truly! The apartment was open and clean and so tastefully put together in cozy minimalism.

There was nothing.

Excelente localização!! Apartamento limpo, completo, com acesso à elevador. Equipe de atendimento muito rápida e eficiente.

O box do banheiro tem uma abertura grande que molha todo banheiro.

Está muy poco equipada, con poca dedicación, toallas pequeñas y viejas, alfombra raída, canilla floja, etc
