Great contact from the owner regarding check in instructions. The apartment is right in the centre of where you want to be and couldn’t fault the location. We didn’t have much use for the shared areas as we only stayed for one night but it seemed more than acceptable. Comfy beds with great shutters.
The bathroom needs a bit of a refresh - the grouting particularly needs replacing.

Location was good and I enjoyed the quietness at night (but note that we travelled outside the hottest tourist season).
There was a parking garage very close to the property.
The room was basically very good but some things bothered us: TV had no signal at all and the kitchen faucet was loose (should be fixed asap).

Great location, in the middle of the city and with walking distance to most important areas.
The place could be nice, but needs renovation. Lights not working, water leaking, carpets very old and dirty, missing cutlery for 5 persons. Almost no contact or answer from the owner on how to check out so had to figured out ourselves.
