Location is excellent, in Baixa, on a pedestrian-only street. Tourist-central, which means some noise, but the windows are double-paned. The bed is very comfortable, the room is updated and comfortable, with air conditioning.. There is a small fridge, and grocery stores are walking distance, as is the subway and many of the sights. Nice cafe for coffee and pastries around the corner, and in the evening had ice cream.

The drain pipe under the bathroom sink started leaking when we turned on the taps. We used the kitchen sink instead. There need to be more hooks or towel rods in the bathroom.

Very central. Lovely bright room.

You can hear quite a lot of noise from all the restaurants. Music from early morning until late evening. No cleaning or change of towels and bedding. We were there for 8 nights. Also no instruction as to where rubbish should be put. Coffee machine would have been nice.

The studio was stylish, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. Soap and shampoo were provided, there was plenty of storage space, and the small kitchen was very convenient for a short stay. The location was excellent, on the pedestrian-only Rua Augusta, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés just outside. Despite being in such a busy and central area, the studio was surprisingly quiet because it was located at the back of the building. The Wi-Fi worked well, the air conditioning kept the studio comfortable, and the building has an elevator, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and very conveniently located place to stay in central Lisbon.

The only issue we had was with the TV remote, which appeared to be broken. We contacted the host the first day and were told someone would come to look at it, but as far as we know, no one came, so we were unable to use the TV during our stay.

Bedding had mildew smell. Towels looked very worn out.
