Great location in a flatter area. Easy to walk to river, grocery, transportation, sightseeing. We were on the 4th floor and although Augusta is a busy tourist street, it was surprisingly quiet inside. Occasional noise like loud music from street performers, but not constant or late at night. I liked looking out the window at the lively street scene. The spacious apartment and kitchen is well equipped for self service and has lots of closets/storage. The online response from remote staff was good for any questions we had. We especially appreciated three separate AC units (one for each bedroom and living room)! Recommend this property and we would definitely return.

Small things to mention: adding a washer/dryer would be awesome. The bathroom is very big and could be more functional with additional hooks, shelves, and storage especially for personal toiletries in the shower. The king size bed is two separate twin beds (common in Europe) with their own separate linen, with one duvet over both. If you like to sleep in the middle, this configuration probably wouldn’t work for you bc of the slight gap between the two mattresses. It was ok for us. Sometimes the street smells are at the entrance lobby (trash, musty) bc you are in the city.

The location of the property is really good.

Lift broke and we were on the 5th Floor. We had to walk up and down 5 floor every time we stepped out. Apart ment we saw was probably one of the middle floors and the one we got was in the loft and all of us were tall. We banged our heads feee time in the wall.
