GuestReady - Cosy apt near Money Museum

Excellent location. The apartments are spacious and bright. Cleanliness, an elevator, a comfortable bed, and a view from the balcony. A wonderful place to relax—quiet and comfortable. A great place to get a good night's sleep after an eventful day.

Det er dejligt centralt i bycentrum. Gåafstand til mange hyggelige steder.

Alt var fint. Vi skulle dog bruge en halv dag til at reparere fryseren.

Location was amazing. So close to everything. Could walk everywhere.

The location. View from the balcony.

1. The property was staged but not cleaned. It was full of dust everywhere, the floor turned our white socks black and the shower was super slippery and gross. After I raised a complaint, the management team deployed cleaners without checking if that's okay with us. Even though we appreciated the immediate action, we would have preferred if they had checked with us about a convenient time to do so. The management team also asked for evidence of dirt and grime from me which is not the guest's responsibility. They should be attending the site in person after each clean to ensure quality was maintained. 2. The bed was made up in such a way that the doona is directly in contact with the body. The details of hygiene were missing. 3. The other thing about this property is that there are no cupboards or drawers anywhere. You basically live out of your suit case.
