This was our second stay in Chiado. Perfect apartment for the 3 of us. Location excellent. Ana was very helpful whenever we needed anything.

Great location, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
As soon as we arrived, we were asked when we were leaving/check out time. We were asked multiple times which is the least welcoming thing a host can do. I Felt like an imposing house guest despite paying a good price for our stay. Considering the check in time is 5 pm (late) -I’m not sure why we had to feel pressured to leave prior to check out time.
Washer/dryer did not work or we could not figure it out. Hairdryer has no heat. No instructions on where things were, how to operate a/c etc.
