The location of this property is wonderful and the hosts are incredibly responsive over text. We arrived before check-in time and the luggage storage was available and as-described. They reached out multiple times throughout our 3 day stay to ask if we needed anything. There were treats to welcome us, which included a juice box sized milk for coffee. We found that most places in Europe do not provide creamer even if they provide coffee, so this was a welcome addition. Having a washing machine allowed us to travel lighter. We also had an early flight on our travel day and the hosts arranged a car to take us to the airport.
These are more of an FYI for future guests. Pay attention to the square footage of the apartment. The photos were skillfully taken and the apartment was smaller than expected. The shower only has half a door and it is difficult not to flood into the rest of the bathroom. Since the apartment is centrally located, getting an UBER or BOLT to pick you up can be a challenge because there is no place for them to stop on the nearby streets. Lastly, we had 2 adults and 1 teenage boy for all but the last night. On the last night, our other teenage son joined us. While the space was fine for 3 people, it would have been challenging with 4.

Comfortable apartment for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bed and sofa beds were very comfortable. The location was less than a 5 minute walk to the river and it was centrally located for eating and shopping. Easily accessible to pubic transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Location was excellent. Close to transportation. There are grocery stores within walking distance. Castros, a few blocks up the street, has excellent Pastel de Nata. Would recommend this place to stay to others traveling to Lisbon.
The dryer wasn’t drying the clothes but we let the staff know and they said they would have it checked.
