FLH Praça Comércio Tropical Flat

This property is in a prime location and so close to everything you’d want to see. The Arch is around the corner and each night had entertainers singing and dancing! Even though it was so close it was very quiet, nice and bright corner location. It is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. As with other comments there is a sewage smell when you come into the hallway and master bedroom but overall we would stay again because of how perfect a location it was! We texted for extra pillows because there were only one each and very hard but did not hear back.

Smell in the apartment.

Spacious flat, nice and modern, very centrally located and easy to walk to lots of places in Lisbon. It was also reasonably quiet at night, given the nightlife and events in the area. Good kitchen if you want to cook. Comfy bed!

A few maintenance issues while we were there. Also, the dryer didn’t work (well it goes it just doesn’t dry!)

The location is excellent. It is a very spacious apartment. It was clean and modern. Good sound insulation. Very comfortable.

The apartment block and this apartment had a horrible sewerage-like smell in parts of it. The water was turned off twice per day. The water-metre was in a cupboard behind a fake wall in the entry area (difficult to find). The provisions seemed stingy - no tea or coffee, 3 spoons for 4 people, a small amount of soap and shampoo. Shower in 2nd bathroom leaked, no light in toilet room. Not well maintained,
