Super location, spacious flat with everything needed. Staff was super responsive with guidance and information. Smooth self checkin.

Shower drain is slow with risk of water spilling onto bathroom floor. Have to be super careful while showering. Cleaning the drainage will likely solve this issue.

La Ubicación es super central, cerca a todos los lugares de interés; las fotos del apartamento son tal cual. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente con el ingreso al apartamento.

- El desague del baño en la ducha se bloquea, por lo que en varias ocaciones el agua se salía y no encontramos dentro del apartamento ningún trapero para poder secar. - En la mañana en algunas horas no funcionaba el ascensor y viajabamos con una persona mayor a la que le dificultaba bajar las escaleras.

Location is close to everything. Excellent for our first time in Lisbon.

Only one tiny one day supply of soap/ shampoo for a four days stay even I asked for more. No. No blow dryer in the unit , when we asked for one and sent pictures of the empty drawers and cabinet, staff said they had to come and inspect . We gave up on that. We couldn’t wait in the unit without being given a specific time or leave the key while we were out. Check in code and instructions were given right before check in . I would prefer to get that in advance like most of other bnb’s do.
