Crucifixo Duplex Apartment with Terrace

Appartamento ampio e luminoso. Ben arredato e pulito. Ottima la posizione a due passi da tutto. Bella la terrazza anche se si accede dopo una un scala interna piuttosto ripida. Non adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli.

I lettini della terrazza sono sporchi. La seconda camera da letto non è una camera da letto ma un letto nel sotto tetto senza neppure un comodino, né un piano d'appoggio. I muri necessitano di una verniciata così come la porte e le ante dei mobili che strisciano sul pavimento.

This is in a great location close to a metro in the centre of the busy shopping area but it was still very quiet in the apartment

The terrace is accessible from the mezzanine bedroom and the furniture in the terrace needs replacing as the beds are old and dirty. There is no lighting to be able to sit outside in the evening.

Attention to detail on cleaning could be better. Eg cups in the bathroom were filthy minor details.

Location was perfect. Terrace was beautiful to sit in the sunshine. Netflix was very handy to have in the evenings. Views from the property were beautiful. The host was helpful and delivered some extra bedding.

The property unfortunately did not have a sofa bed which was a misunderstanding which meant there was not enough beds for us. The bathroom smelt of very strong urine. There were no tea towels to dry up cups and dishes. The hairdryer was burnt and had melted when we arrived. The sofa was small and could not fit 3 adults on comfortably. I requested a special message or balloon etc for my Nans birthday which did not happen. The upstairs was extremely hot which was uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed upstairs had some hairs on when we arrived.
