Our first room had faulty airconditioning in extremely hot weather but thakfully maagement were able to relocate us to a bigger apartment with lovely views and a very well equiped kitchen. Although we were asked to pay an additional charge for the room upgrade it was at a very reasonable reduced rate. The property is in a great location and only a short walk to the metro.
Obviously the first rooms faulty aircon.

Good location
It’s difficult to find as there are no signs! There is a drain smell in the bathroom and the shower head was taped to the wall as it had broken.

Size. Beds were comfortable.
It reminded us of a hostel. Very stark, no real amenities, not even salt and pepper. Said it would be made up on third day and it was not, however new towels were placed in the bathroom.
