Location, size, bright colours, nice furniture,
Blocked sink in the bathroom, smell from mud in the house, not enough toilet paper, nothing as a welcome item (like water in the fridge, or cofee, tea and sugars. The light in the outside door was not operational.

The size of the appartment and location are amazing. Perfect for a family of 4. Close to attractions and the metro. We we're walking distance from everything. It was terrific. Mr. Long is a terrific host. He even allowed for early check in since our arrrival in Lisbon was early in the morning. It was greatly appreciated.
The wifi was broken for the first couple of days, but Mr. Long's reactivity was awesome. He was on top of the problem, called the internet provider and changed the modem quickly so that we could have internet for the rest of our stay. Everything else was great.

Living room space with comfy area and nice elements. The wood flor was nice and kitchen very complete
No way to left baggage somewhere at check-out. Could be an easy thing to solve , and very valuable for customers. The manager did not facilitate it , early check out is also too early (11am)
