Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Stayed with son and grandsons and we all loved it! Perfect location for the beach, mystery spot, boardwalk, etc. we did miss having a tv in the living room on the middle level but otherwise it was very comfortable and well appointed. There were no towels in The middle level bathroom but made easy adjustments. Wud def stay again!!!

I wanted to go to the beach for my 58th. My two best friends and my two daughters and I got to spend my bday in this very nice home. Honestly, there was a very musty smell when we arrived but the house was very clean! We opened the windows and aired it out and it was all good. We sat out on the deck during the day and at night. To hear the ocean while you're sleeping?? What a bonus! We also saw Dolphins from the deck! We did drive down to the beach instead of taking the trail and steps. Old knees lol. All in all..great place to stay and had a fantastic time!

Quiet neighborhood even though very friendly.
