Included breakfast was good.

Distance to fairgrounds for event we went to.

Drains in sink and tub were clogged/slow. Mold in bathroom ceiling was disturbing. No chair in the room. Hospitality was nice/friendly.

Very nice stay with super sweet staff

This place is nice, its super close to everything in town. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they even made some more eggs and sausage for us nearing the end of breakfast service. They gave extra towels when asked too!

If anything bad the bed was a little hard and the sheets were a little stained but we know how hard it can be to remove stains.

Even tho close to a busy street, room was very quiet.

1. "Breakfast" nothing special - only oatmeal and 2 very small muffins, maybe some make-it-youself waffles. 2. Wanted to heat up the oatmeal and could not find the electric plug to activate the microwave.

The room and facilities appear to be new and well maintained. There’s a Starbucks and Safeway within walking distance which was nice. The breakfast served was nice with many options from cereals to yogurt, juice and coffee, eggs and waffles.

Breakfast closed down at 9:30am. and coffee came from a machine that used powdered coffee.

"night light" over sink would not turn off. Blueish light kept me up most of the night as it felt like "dawn." Hotel staff couldn't turn it off either, and said all rooms have it. Great idea, but bad execution! Road noise on our side of hotel was aweful. $200+ for a sleepless night. Hotel staff behind bullet-proof glass made if feel like a dangerous place. Is it?

Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was dirty. Stains on the lampshades, stains on the curtains. There were pistachio shells under the edges of the bed from a previous guest. The free breakfast was awful: fruit was super bruised, waffle mix tasted old, juice was extremely watered down. Oh and there was a sign in the room that breakfast was in that said if we took the food to our room, that we paid for that we would incur a $50 fee, which is ridiculous and I’ve never seen that at a hotel before. The beds were also super uncomfortable and hard.

Will never stay here again

I didn’t like the fact the owner was super unprofessional. The bed was broken, toilet was broken, ac didn’t work, boogers on the walls, bugs smashed on walls, bathroom dirty. The sheets weren’t clean either . Overall extremely disgusting. When asked for a refund she told me no can do. I called customer support and they called the hotel which only made the lady scream at me when I checked out, . We ended up leaving 30 minutes after checking in. We finally got half of the hotel cost but still upset with how I was treated etc.

Disappointing for a Comfort Inn.

The desk clerk was nice when we checked out and offered to make a fresh pot of coffee.

Very run down. Needs a facelift. When we checked in we were forced to sign off on all kinds of agreements about what we would pay if we damaged the room in various ways! Then when we entered, the lampshades by the bed were stained and marked (it looked like with sharpie) and dented. The bathtub was stained and the finish worn off in places. We worried they might blame us for it! Would not go back to this location.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the mattress, and the frame itself. Every time my husband turned over, I thought I would roll out of bed - it was just unstable. Also, not up to my standard of cleanliness. Too expensive for a bad night's rest.

They didn’t have breakfast because they said they didn’t have enough business. I think we were the only people there. It shouldn’t be called a Comfort Inn. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. False advertising by the corporation for this particular. Comfort Inn. I think the couple managing have been sent to purgatory.

Inexcusably incompetent!!!

The location was fine but when my wife and I arrived, we thought it odd that there were no cars parked, only a couple of trucks, and groups of workers going in and out a side entrance. The main door was cabled shut and although I barely remember my 2 yrs of HS Spanish was able to glean from a nice young man who sensed my confusion that the entire facility had been rented out, like a dormitory, to these workers. Fortunately we quickly scouted around and found a Motel 6 that had a couple of rooms left.

We were apparently notified our reservation had been cancelled but after we had left home. As I made this reservation about a month ago, an earlier notice would have been appreciated.

Excellent Hotel ~ Highly Recommend

This is my FAVORITE Watsonville, CA hotel and I've stayed in them all. The couple that run this hotel are professional, kind, and keep the premises spotless. The bed linens are quality and pristine as are the sinks, bathroom/shower and carpets. I always try and stay here first if there are rooms available. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Watsonville or Santa Cruz/coastal area.
