Great stay. But I had reserved a room with a bath tub specifically. And it was a shower. I even double checked yet it said bath tub in the title and even had a picture of it. My son that has arthritis was not able to soak in the pain relief bath salts i had brought.

Our shower door was shattered at the bottom and one of our guest got glass in her foot. It made her and up leaving the trip early. Another person didn’t feel safe when the glass wasn’t fully cleaned and we weren’t moved rooms so she also left before the night was over. The hotel said they were going to reimburse us.

Unfortunately they seemed to have a pest problem at the time of my stay. Had to get 2 different rooms before I got one without pest. However staff was very kind and got the problem resolved right away

The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and if we needed anything they were right there for us. The breakfast was good and the wifi was fast! 100% recommend. It was nice staying somewhere we were made to feel welcomed. The staff works very hard and their customer service is top tier!

There were motion sensitive lights in this room that went on at all hours of the night when there was NO movement in the room. There were stains in the furniture that were disgusting. Also, the last two times I used Hotels.com I was given ADA compliant rooms for no reason. I will not return to this hotel.

Called in advance to let them know i would be arriving for a very late check in time, no answer or call back, arrived and no one at front desk, (around 1am), then out of nowhere a person in a t shirt and backwards hat greeted us, looked more like a guest than than

The room was not as advertised. The beds were not queen size but full size. There was supposed to be a sofa and there wasn’t. Paid for mini suite and while the room was a little larger it had no extra amenities. The entry way light and bathroom lights were motion sensor based and would turn on at random times including while everyone was sleeping. There were ants in the room. Staff seemed kind but maybe a little overworked?
