Room horrid bed undone WiFi not working and no help or answer from front desk I left immediately and they have yet to help me with a refund or giving me another night

We were booked into a unit for disabled people with accessible shower & lighting (comes on automatically) At first it seemed fine but shortly became agrivating.

Requested one king size bed but got 2 double size beds. Counter person was unable to confirm the cost at both check in or check out due to "computer system being down". See above statement.

Everything was so fresh and cleaned. I like that there was a TV in the eating area so Icould watch the golf game(just picture. No sound was good.)

The only thing that was an issue was the motion lights in our room. Hopefully there’s a way to override them. Having them turn on in the middle of the night can be a problem for sensitive sleepers. Plus, I’m not sure why they put me in the hearing accessible room. I did not request it.

Location was perfect. We had a car so was able to drive 15 minutes to nearby dog friendly beaches. The breakfast was good and pretty typical of Hampton Inn, with some hot options and a waffle bar. I also noticed they provided Breakfast to Go for guests who were heading out. Our king suite room (#230) was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Very spacious and clean! Shower was great too! I loved that it was near the side entrance so we didn't have to trapse our shy goldendoodle puppy through the front lobby.

As much as I loved our room, it was opposite the Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, and Chevron gas station, which meant you heard traffic late into the night making our puppy very nervous. But he settled in well enough. I also thought the pet fee was a little steep at $89.40. Most places we go usually charge around $50. This was the most we ever paid for our dog. And Booking.com did not disclose the amount. I proactively called the hotel prior to our arrival so that I wouldn't be surprised. I wish all hotels would disclose their pet charges when making reservations.

The place was beautiful and everything was created for comfort and it was clean.

Electric went out and I read in other reviews that it happens quite often. They did have someone let us in back into our rooms and gave us a lamp to use. Reserved 2 rooms for our family but ended up having the rooms far from each other. The kids did not like being that far from us. Most of the staff was wonderful, except for a man I assume was in charge, he was kind of nice but told us, I can't kick people out to give you rooms by each other. I thought that is why you make reservations in the first place to ensure families stay together. We ended to leave for another hotel and got rooms that were connected. I asked for a refund and did get a partial refund.

The property is easy off the highway and is right between Santa Cruz and Monterey so easy to get to rather one. The hotel is clean, modern, comfy and has free breakfast—all for a better value than you would get at the coast. Even shares a parking lot with Starbucks and a gas station which is great for convenience.

I booked a room with two queen beds. We were traveling with our two youngest grandsons. They were stuck sleeping on very in comfortable hidabed for 3 nights. The hotel said they had no two queen bed rooms left. They said it was the fault of booking.com.

Staff was amazing. Nate was so kind, attentive and efficient. During our check in process, we had to move from our initial room after only being in there maybe 5 min because it was not up to par and he heard us out and quickly got us into another room. After the room change, everything was clean and great. Every time we saw a staff member whether it was at check in/out or housekeepers in the hallway, they greeted us with a smile and kind hello. Breakfast was amazing! Everything was available and my kids really loved it. Gym was orderly and clean and the pool was wonderful.

The initial room we were given was not up to standard, cleanliness was lacking and it looked like the carpet needed to be shampooed along with the walls needing to be scrubbed cleaned. Food had been left in the refrigerator by previous guest.

Very friendly staff, so welcoming! good breakfast, coffee and water available 24/7 and included in the price of our stay. Sometimes it's the simple things that make life easier and keep me coming back.

the room needs a small table near the sofa so if you want to kick back and read or watch TV there is a surface to place a drink or a book.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Employees were super nice and helpful. Amenities were a nice touch. Gym room was clean. Pool was clean. It is a heated pool so the room does get a little humid but not too bad. Breakfast was great, had a little bit of everything. All in all, great stay. Would definitely return.

Just wish access to side doors (at least) would stay open. After 10pm only the main entrance is open. Which means walking around to the front after parking in the back. Parking is limited in the front.

I liked how everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable and the toiletries were awesome.

Rooms were a tad small for my partner, myself and our 2 kids.

Breakfast was once again terrific!

The room wasn't as clean as I have experienced the last time I was there. It may be because I asked for a room with a walk in shower at the desk? But that was disappointing. Also the fan in the bathroom seems to automatically come on every time you walk in. When I get up in the middle of the night, I hate having it come on and then also having to physically turn it off as it doesn't seem to have a timer. Finally I was put in a room that overlooked the entrance which is the busier side, overlooking Starbucks as well as the parking lot. There were a couple of very loud large tracks revving their motors fairly late at night. As I was there to work and so went to bed fairly early, it seemed unfortunate I wasn't put on the other side of the building as I was last time. Now I know to ask for that too.

I wish there was a bar and or restaurant in the hotel considering it was kind of out in the middle of no where but at least there was a AMPM next door.

The stay was good. The staff was good however there was hair in the shower that didn't belong to us. I brought my grandmother and she loved the bathroom and how accessible it was for her. I just wish there was a restaurant or room service to order meals.

Hotel was reasonably priced with nice pool which I appreciated. Location was off and certainly not centrally located but convenient enough to other places. The only complaint I have is about the auto fan which I couldn’t ever get to permanently shut off while in the bathroom. Minor complaint! Also loved the walking shower! Staff not always at front desk for some reason. Appreciated good free breakfast!!

The location was great, because it was far enough off the road that we heard no traffic noise. The breakfast included wonderful, health, tasty selections. The room was fabulous - large, comfortable, and everything worked!

The location was convenient since it was close to watsonville. There wasn't much around that particular Hotel as far as restaurants go or entertainment so it might not be for everyone.

The only unpleasant experience was one of the workers at the breakfast buffet was very unpleasant when I asked her where I could find the salt to put on my eggs. She seemed extremely annoyed that I asked her..

Shower floor was very slippery. The tv wouldn’t work. Maintenance came and fixed it but later the remote stopped working.
