Horrible. Spend more money and go anywhere else.

It was loud. People and cars in And out all night. The bathroom was filthy, broken toilet, stains on all the furniture, hair in the sheets. There was a massive gap in the door that looked like someone tried to pry it open at some point. There were greasy handprints on and cigarette burns on the back of the door from some tweaker staring out the peephole. They also put us in the room directly about the office but every other person that checked in got a room on the other side of the hotel and we could tell that place was no where near capacity.

It’s in a great area

Housekeeping in the morning, pushing those carts, wake you up you can’t rest there. It’s nonstop of them, walking back-and-forth, pushing those carts.

We usually stay here twice a year for work.. It's clean and least expensive place to stay in the county.

Someone slashed our tires in the parking lot. They broke the knife off in my tire..office staff did not care, management has refused to contact me.

Nothing no fridge and no microwave no parking either

There is roaches and it was extremely dirty plus they make us deposit $100 when their rooms are this bad. Oh and there wasn’t toilet paper either

Affordable.

A warning sign should be placed on the door that is not in use, and a bolt or chain should be added for safety. When inspecting the room, we tried to open it, thinking that there was a wardrobe behind it. But it was a door to the neighboring room.

Room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great bed and liked the fact there was a small table and chair, as well as refrigerator and microwave. TV well placed and easy to use. Vending machines, ice convenient and working. Elevator to me third floor room. Easy on and off nearby highway but yet I never heard traffic noise while in my room, even with the door open.

I'm a Coke fan and vending machine only had Pepsi products. Not a deal breaker.

I stayed here because it was the cheapest but not the best!

Shower was good, hot water. Location.

Sink handle was reversed so hot water was to the right not left. Confusing. No tissues. No coffee or refrigerator in room. No breakfast. But decent sleep.

Good overnight stay

Room was clean and beds were fine. It was just an overnight stay. For the location the price was great. No facilities in the room but they did offer free coffee in the reception in the morning. So that was good.

Bummed

I put $150 on hold down for incidentals and it was not put back into my account. I called the location and spoke with the General Manager Rosey. Rosey requested i send my ID and bank card to her for a refund via email. Rosey received the email and stated the transaction was processed and it will be in my bank account within 3 business days. It’s been more than two weeks and I have not received my money. I emailed Rosey back twice to follow up and have not received a response. I will be filing a fraud dispute with my bank tomorrow.

My $150 hold for incidentals was not refunded by mistake.

I will come back!

I liked the convenience of the location with easy access from the freeway and close to comercial shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean spacious room and the shower with plenty of hot water was greatly appreciated.

The stairway was dirty and some of the outdoor walkways were in need of a pressure washing.

I’ve been here a few times. The most recent was less than pleasant, the bed was incredibly rough and I found hair and little bits of dirt in the bed. The front door didn’t close all the way and the light shines through everywhere. Also no complimentary shampoo?

Bathroom was disgusting. Felt like the bedroom floor wasn't clean. So basically we didn't even have a hair dryer. No chairs except for a wooden uncomfortable chair at the desk. No clock, nothing to make us welcome.

The staff was amazing and attentive. I appreciated their help and respectful demeanor.

Rosa and the other front desk ladies were exceptional. So kind, helpful, respectful and attentive. I wish I would’ve gotten all of their names but the staff was amazing and helpful when I needed extra items or had any questions.

Some of the guests came and it was a packed weekend. But that’s not what was annoying, some of the guests could be quite rowdy or disrespectful as far as noise after 10 p.m. and sometimes early. And the guests were also really messy and that seemed difficult to keep up with that many adults leaving any garbage around. Has nothing to do with the staff, some people are just drunk or disrespectful like that.

my point of view

The room I got was clean, so I can't complain, and it was comfortable to rest.

The truth is that what I didn't like was that one of the receptionists didn't have a friendly manner when dealing with customers, and I think that for that position you have to have a good personality for customers, and if you don't like your job you can look for another one, and I left the position for a friendlier person, there are many on the list and I don't remember their names, otherwise I would write it here.

Great place to get some needed rest in the middle of the night

This hotel was a perfect place to grab your stuff from your car and then just crash for the night. It's located right next to the freeway.

The evening receptionist was a little curt, but wouldn't you be working at 1AM. I also didn't like that the room available was on the third floor, furthest from the stairs.

Standart Motel 6 setup, no luxury but all requirements in place. Across the street is a Safeway and a movie house which is a plus. Free parking available.
