Decently nice room and furniture for the price, free wifi and parking

Ac filter has never been cleaned before, no iron/ironing board,shower towels were made for the 7 dwarves, toilet paper roll holder is installed 6 feet from the shower, shower missing an interior curtain, door to room felt flimsy, tv setup SEVERELY outdated (you can get a small smart tv for $100 :/)

They need to upgrade the rooms a bit.

The AC/Heater worked & they had clean towels. I also requested for a different room and booked it for the night I was there and it was a whole lot better! I wish they would have placed me in that room from the start.

Well the room I was put in the first four days felt like it was a room for after hour activities & my tv didn’t work.

Close to good restaurants and easy access to freeways and surrounding tourist spots.

Rude desk person. Outlet didn't work in the bathroom, no rod in the closet, wet slippery floors on check-in. Looks like the employees don't care about the property.

Location and availability

No front office. No coffee maker. Dirty and stained curtains. Torn bed sheet. We were there for a night so that I,an anesthesiologist could be available to do operations starting at 7:30. Emergency road closure prevented me from getting to my home. Our region was offering discounts for this kind of hardship.The manager refused to give a discount. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

went to Watsonville for a sports tournament. For the price, it was a great value. the staff was very nice the rooms we

great location and clean room. beds were firm

it is a no frills kind of place. no closet, no hooks on the wall to hang clothes, one chair for 4 guests. there was no hot water @ 7:00 AM when I wanted to shower. it recovered by 8:30 AM.

It's clean, it has a microwave and refrigerator and the room was spacious.

The reception staff is a bit unpleasant, they treat you in a bad way. although it is not always there was one that attended well.

I like the location a lot, 2 very good breakfast locations, grocery outlet within a very short walk and a good fish restaurant in the same parking lot with a bar... What's not to like...!

Rooms where dirty, gross. The walls n floors are dirty and stained. Restrooms where not cleaned AC did not work. no Wi-Fi. A lot of delinquents outside rooming the area.
